My sister in law requested a tow on May 27th, 2021. Her vehicle was disabled on the side of the road. The driver assisted her with a flat bed tow and in the process damaged my vehicle he backed into it and pushed before proceeding forward. Upon trying to reach Joe's Tows and their driver Michael who did the damage I was repeatedly told I would be contacted back. Upon finally reaching someone today on July 27th, 2021. The driver proceeded to state he doesn't think he did it and will not have anything to do with it. I will now be contacting any appropriate parties to ensure this does not happen to
