First, you are correct about the calls, but I also want to address the fact that you rushed me off of the phone the first two times and hung up on me the last two times. Have done business with the them since 2006 and we lived near to their shop for 13 years. I expected the business may be noisy being so close but it wasn’t and even though they have many trucks go park / have access to they were never noisy or in the way of our residence / driveway.

Couldn’t be happier with Reliable. I had called two other places and he was the only one to answer his phone. Had a tire blow out on boat trailer which I had just bought earlier so it was not a good day to begin with and the friendly and helpful service made it easier to deal with. Hopefully I don’t need their services again but I would definitely use them again if I did.

Easily the most professional shop, with the most knowledgeable owner imaginable, along with the most helpful staff. Everyone knows having your car worked on is one of the most Expensive and stressful things we have to go through fairly regularly, well with reliable Truck and Auto it certainly doesn't seem like it! I called Reliable last minute about my car that needed a new starter. No one else in town was nearly as friendly. Originally, it looked like even they wouldn't be able to look at my car for a few days due to the number of other appointments, but the owner (I think his name is Steve) said if it was just something simple he could probably stay and get it done for me. I had AAA tow it in at like 7 pm and by 10 am the next morning I had already gotten the call that it was done. Outstanding service. Thanks.

I would highly recommend this towing company. They were fast and reliable just like their company name! The driver was very professional and super friendly. He introduced himself right away to everyone. He had a few good jokes as well. He made the current situation better for us. For having to use a towing service for the first time and having a great experience, I would call them again in a time of need!

I have worked with Reliable before and had a great experience. They were quick with my quote and the work was very well done! I am currently working with them now with an issue and I have never felt so comfortable working with someone then I do with Reliable. They have done everything in their power to see me through the car issues I am having and have kept me aware of everything that is happening. Vehicle was towed here by them when I broke down. I was going to have it towed to a different shop but they were so nice (the other shop was NOT). They gave me a quote for replacing my water pump. Because I am using them for the first time, I called and got two other quotes, Reliable gave me a great price with a lifetime warranty. I'll definitely be back!
