About Us Report

Doug started preparing taxes when he opened his business in 1990. He has been in the same office building since 1995. Over the past 30 years he has developed long-term relationships with a diverse clientele. Lindgren's Tax Service continually strives to keep the business up-to-date by employing new technologies, completing annual continuing education, and expanding services.

Tax Tips Report

Increasing contributions to an employer-sponsored retirement plan will not only give taxpayers a boost for the future, it can save taxes by lowering their taxable income. Lowering taxable income could also help taxpayers take some other deductions based on their taxable income. Selling a few loser stocks for a net capital loss is a good way to get a $3,000 (or $1500 for single filers) offset against other sources of gain or income.

My fiance and I visited Lindgren's tax service yesterday. I normally had used Turbo tax but since having some life changes wanted to understand how that would impact my taxes. We received a flyer welcoming us from Lindgren's so we chose them to do our taxes. We obtained a quote over the phone. However when we went there the experience was not pleasant. We were not welcomed and were treated like we were bothering him. He was silent and the first thing out of his mouth was what do you want?
