Michael Williams specializes in commercial, industrial, multifamily, and other nonresidential properties with over 27 years experience in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia.

A commercial appraisal was ordered for an income producing horse farm with 2 residential homes. Even though we were charged $1000.00, the appraisal we received could have been done by a Realtor (for $100 or less). Only comparisons to other residential properties were offered, the other 2 approaches, income and cost, were ignored. I called to ask for some money back and was told "NO" in no uncertain terms - there was not even an apology or "I understand your point". Since I am a real estate broker in 2 other states and was required to take 40 hours of appraisal class, I know what I'm talking about
