Charles Town, the county seat of Jefferson County, is small in size but absolutely huge in amenities. A premier location for real estate in West Virginia's Eastern Panhandle, Charles Town is experiencing incredible growth as visitors quickly realize that buying a home here is a great value. World-class attractions, a wonderful heritage and small-town ambiance combine to make Charles Town a great place to call home.
Nestled where the Shenandoah and Potomac Rivers converge in Jefferson County, historic Harpers Ferry is extremely small in population but hugely impressive in the quality of life it provides homebuyers. Harpers Ferry's history helps to define what it is today.
Surveyed by George Washington in 1750, and then becoming an important area for transportation with the addition of the railroad to river use, Harper Ferry's location subsequently spurred the development of many mills and factories and aided to the economic development of West Virginia's Eastern Panhandle.

As part of the rapidly growing West Virginia Eastern Panhandle, Hedgesville and Falling Waters represent the best in mountain living and an incredible future. Hedgesville's population is barely over 200, but the community has attracted many with its distinct culture and recreational opportunities.
Martinsburg is the best kept secret in West Virginia. Butch's team was great! Butch....not so much. We constantly had to call him to get paper work and he rarely checked in with us on the whole process which ended up taking 6 months to close because it was a short sale(which was not their fault). We ultimately decided to deal with a woman from Butch's team instead of talking to Butch anymore because she would actually return our phone calls and send us paperwork on time.
