Dr. Nichols office is great! The staff is always extremely friendly and efficient. Dr. Nichols, himself was pivotal in the diagnosis and treatment of my oral/ tongue cancer; I will be forever thankful and grateful for him. While I had no risk factors of oral cancer, Dr Nichols took the time and understood the importance of getting a biopsy right away! Forever~ thank you.

Dr Nichols and his staff are absolutely fantastic! Very friendly, professional and always making sure that I am comfortable during routine cleanings as well as those situations that require extra attention. I had a really great experience here. Just moved back to GR and chose Dr. Nichols based on the positive reviews that I read. He did not disappoint. The office staff were very welcoming and friendly. Kayla was my hygienist and she was thorough, explained everything and was extremely nice. I’m picky about my dentist and feel like a found a great dentist in my new home. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Have been here multiple times, all the staff is exceptionally polite and make me feel very comfortable. They are very mindful of my experience and seem to make sure I'm doing well. They sent a thank you card to my house after my first visit which I have never seen before from a dentistry and made me feel very welcome. Highly recommend

Dr. Nichols is a no-nonsense dentist, and a great communicator. I've never had a dentist actually tell me what he or she was doing and why, but Dr. Nichols explains everything every step of the way. It's always a learning experience! The rest of his staff is cheerful, polite and friendly. I would recommend this office!
