Time Square was established in 1994 in the Natick Mall on a small push cart selling fashion watches and providing professional watch repair.
Since then we have grown to two store locations in providing you watch brands such as Movado, Accutron, ESQ, Gucci, Citizen, Bulova, Seiko, and many more. Our staff is skillfully trained in all watch repair and we have resident experts at our store location in Natick Collection / Natick Mall.

I went there to replace my watch batteries and had an appalling experience. The gentleman (I use the term charitably) was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. He made disparaging and insulting comments and had no understanding of how to treat a customer. I WILL NOT recommend this store to anyone, nor will I return to the store ever again. I gave a 1-star review since you cannot give a negative star review. Stay far away from this horrible store.

My husband and I walked in to "Times Square", a Wonderful Watch Store! We decided to visit here after reading some wonderful reviews about them also being able to fix watches AND jewelry!
We were greeted immediately and Marcellos was so friendly and happy to hear what we were looking for.
I bought my husband a nice Sterling Silver Chain about 7 yrs ago and it finally needed a new lobster clasp. We thought we would probably have to drop it off for a few days to be fixed, which we would have been fine with! We were so pleasantly surprised when we were told that they could have a new one

Disappointed! I left my watch to change the battery and when I went to get it and was almost paying for the hand started spinning fast and then stopped. I got the watch, he said the watch was broken. If it was in broken, why didn't you see it when you put the battery in? And scratched my watch more than it already was, and returned it without any battery in it (kept the battery that was originally in it)

I’ve been bringing my watches to Time Square for over 20 years. It may cost me a bit more than cheaper shops but these folks do competent watch repair. I once took a high-end watch to Alpha Omega (when they were in the mall) for repair and their service manager, George, sent me to Time Square! Recently, I had 8 watches that needed battery replacement and because I do my business at Time Square, they did 2 of the watches at no charge. One of the higher end watches needed a movement replaced that would have likely cost me twice what Time Square will charge me to replace the movement. If you’re

Very professional work, timely fashion and the best care for any watch, I brought an old watch of my mother's from the 80's and when I picked it up I was good as new. Batteries changed. Strap adjusted, and the crystal changed. Beautiful work! My brother bought a watch at 46% off!!! Seiko diver watch!! Great price!!

I went back to this store to get a second repair on a necklace because it is conveniently located in the mall I work at. I first went 2018 and was reluctant to go back because it was a second repair.... I now remember why I was reluctant and had waited so long. They are RUDE, OVERPRICED and obviously no regard for customer service. For two minor repairs on two necklaces I was charged $80! If I had known it was going to cost the price of a new necklace when I dropped it off, I would have said No thank you and gone somewhere else. My mistake I didn't ask if the price was for one or two but

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this store. I needed to replace the pin on one side of my watchband where it connects to the watch. He tried to sell me other watches, then did the repair and then said it would be $10. I was thinking more like $2 or $3!!!!
At a jewelry store a couple miles away, they replaced it for nothing when the other pin let go. Guess where I will do my future jewelry business!

This is a fantastic find! They are the most reasonably priced watch repair and battery replacement store in the Natick and Framingham area. Every other store has some version of watch repair but they are really more concerned with selling expensive jewelry and trendy watches.The guys at Times Square are experts on repairing watches and jewelry. I was in to get a new watch band and battery and they charged more than half off 3 others stores on route 9. Also they seem to be the only store in the Natick Mall that sell watches that normal people can afford. Great job guys!

I really like this place and always go there to replace my watch batteries. Over the last few years my husband and I have purchased several watches to give as gifts to family members and they've all been delighted with the style and accuracy.
After you've purchased several watch batteries you get one free so it's well worth going there on a consistent bases.
I have not purchased any jewelry as yet but they have some very nice looking pieces.
