The doctor and staff in this place were good. But, I came in with broken glasses and almost a week later my glasses are still not ready. They said my old glasses could not be fixed and they would try and do my new glasses quickly. It has been a major inconvenience for me. Next time I will go to a place that will have glasses in an hour. I’m so not happy!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in for an annual eye exam because due to Covid-19, the DMV we're not doing eye exams to renew driver's licenses. I went to Vision World and when the optometrist asked what I was coming in for today, I said an "annual eye exam to renew my driver's license." They did the exam and when I was leaving they said I have a 25$ copay. I said "for what? -annual eye exams are covered by my insurance." They said "no it's not, it's a 25$ copay." So I paid and called my insurance company who said the annual exams are covered by them. When I requested for a refund for paying

If they had ZERO stars I would put that! The gentleman who helped me was very rude and not helpful at all!!! He was a mature gentlemen with gray hair and has an earring in his left ear. If you see him walk OUT! I would never recommend this place to anyone! Horrible customer service. Don't know how they are in business!!!

I want to address the comment I seen about race.
I am black and my sister as well , we both went in I did not feel uncomfortable in anyway ! I asked many question the Dr and that man at the counter answered all my questions. It’s hard to walk in to a place these days and feel comfortable but I’m happy to say you guys did just that thank you!

Had a great experience in VisionWorld Bayshore the other day ! Went in to buy a new pair of glasses , ended up getting rx sunglasses also . The selection of frames is great ... I had no trouble finding frames that fit me well and were really good quality .
I mentioned to Eugene that I hoped to get them quickly since my old pair was broken ... he assured me I would have them ASAP — and he was right !!!

I have nothing but only good to say about this Branch of Vision World. I've been to other Vision Ctrs. and I have to say Vision World of Bayshore is the best by far. Kind precessional fair priced and very caring. Not only to me but I have observed how they are with other customers. Excellent establishment.

This place is TERRIFIC! I was on vacation on Long Island and had lost my eyeglasses there. I was stuck, and I didn't know any place I go to get a new pair. I was SO lucky to have found Vision World in Bay Shore! They were super professional, super friendly, and super fast. I have never written an on-line review about any store before - but this place is just great. Five Stars! I wish I could give them six. I'm shopping with them from now on even though I am from out-of-state. Thank you Vision World!
