I am in my fifties now and most of my clients are in the 40-70 age range. These are the years where you either decide to become an old fart or you fight for the right to have a little fun on the weekends. I am doing stuff I never dreamed I would do twenty years ago. Trust me, I am not a gifted athlete but I do know how to work smart and work hard. I grew up tall, gangly and weak.

People, myself included, have spent thousands of dollars on fitness. Whether it is the newest diet, nutrition craze, gyms or workouts, there is an endless stream of products to give us what we desire. If I sat you down and had you list out the foods you should eat and the foods you should avoid, I bet you would do even better.

Michael is absolutely fantastic! I had reached a road block with my health and knew I needed real help to get fit again or I would be cripple before my time. At 47, I have low back pain/bulging discs, and a bad knee and shoulder. Mike has a tremendous knowledge of your muscles working structure in your body, he takes into consideration what you tell him about yourself and puts a training program together to your specific needs and age. This is not just a program you can get on a DVD or TV training program this is all about YOU. My program helped to strengthen a weak shoulder, so that I can now work out to a much fuller extent, gaining added strength in my entire body. Mike lightens up the workouts with added humor and trivia.

Working with Michael is the fantastic! He took me from being very out of shape, to the best fitness level in my life. He made it simple, and even though I'm not one to love to exercise, he made it fun. Michael is really knowledgeable about nutrition as well, and constantly offered ideas and advice when I needed it concerning my diet. I've really enjoyed working with Michael, and would recommend him to everyone.

I gave my wife a Christmas present, a personal trainer. We hired Michael to work with us a couple times a week and he has transformed us into a fit and healthy family. We have two teenage boys and they joined the workout during the summer and it was AWESOME! As dedicated as we are still couldn't do the work without Michael. He consistently shows up with the intensity, structure and education to get us through the workout. Michael also has a great humor and we consider him a "real" friend. As a 50+ year old man I am now feeling fit and healthy, all thanks to Michael. This is the best Christmas present
