We are full time home inspectors. We do this all day, every day. If it's doable, we do, if it's goable, we go. If the crawlspace is accessible, we crawl. If the roof is walkable, we walk. If the attic can be entered, we enter. Clients are encouraged to be present for the end of the inspection if not for the entire inspection.
