Services
A standard visual inspection is based on the square footage size of the home (not including the garage and porches). AKA "heated and cooled area". The first level starts with homes 1200 sq ft and less. The levels are organized in 300 sq ft increments. Unfortunately - I'm recovering from a neck injury and I've temporarily suspended crawl space inspections until further notice.
One of the last questions southerners think to answer has to be: Is my yard lamp radioactive? Whether you enjoy the glow of a camping lantern or the bright light of a natural gas lamp post, both share a similar component; compostable fuel and a cloth mantle. But did you know the mantles could actually be radioactive?

Didn't find a lot of problems with our house that we bought, and then said he only does a "visual" inspection when we found an extensive list of issues after we moved in. We could have done that ourselves. Do yourself a favor and hire specific inspectors for each thing (plumbing, ac, roof, foundation, etc). It was our first house so it was a learning experience and highly expensive one!

This inspector didn't know what he was talking about and was very extremely unprofessional. He not only came out and scared a potential buyer away but he wanted to make "suggestions" of people that could do the work. I would definitely not recommend him unless your home is in perfect condition.
