As a traveler I'm familiar with the location of coffee cups. They're normally stored under the coffee dispenser in the bottom cabinet. I had an awakening as I retrieved a roll of coffee cups today. I was in dismay as I was challenged by the desk clerk. She stated I was rude for not asking. I would of if she were available without a customer. I'm 70 years old. It amazes me how quickly the younger generation chastises without thinking. I would of said I apologize for not having this area maintained for our customers. Hmmm... purple hair must be the trend in today's society...

Staff is very rude when booking online doesn't say anything about checking in being at 4pm .I arrived very early on a Sunday was told they only have one person for house keeping. Really upset that I can't receive a refund because I would gladly pay double some where else. They definitely do not go out of their way to please their guests. Sad really that immigrants are welcome here receive government funds buy businesses and then treat Americans rudely

10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!! For starters when we pulled up there was a drug deal going on in the middle of the driveway. Secondly, the room was falling apart. The front of the air conditioner was halfway hanging off. Decided we would try to make it work but after our showers we felt more dirty than before we even got there. The towels had stains and it just all around felt nasty. We weren’t even there an hour and we checked out. The guy at the front desk was nice but it didn’t seem to phase him that we wanted to leave, so that right there just confirms it happens often.

Room is clean bed is comfortable that's the only positive thing. The shower head was clogged up and sprayed every where but on you, and someone went crazy with the caulking in the shower very sloppy. The toilet was an old round bowl style. And you can't smoke anywhere in or around your room only in the designated smoking area which is about 250 feet from the rooms, or you get kicked out and no refunds. Also if you pay for a week and have to leave early no refund.

Absolutely terrible place! The mold was so bad we got terribly sick and had to go to the emergency room. This was after holes in the walls, the closet completely fell out of the wall. DO NOT GIVE THEM CASH ! They demanded 100$ cash deposit which they kept then charge our credit card an additional 100$ claiming we stole towels. This place was so bad please be warned and if you have any kind of breathing issues RUN.

Me,my mother and my dad came here yesterday and it was NOT a good first impression the air conditioner had cracks between it and the wall and last night I saw a bug scuttle it's way across the wall. Fast forward to today we had to leave because of the staff and manager so before we left we took pictures. It's just the same as our time down at Woodsprings Hotel. Absolutely disgusting rooms like they haven't been cleaned in years and absolutely horrible staff. Never again!!!!!

We were traveling home from NC to Texas by car with 2 kids, so we booked 2 rooms on booking.
We get there (late, mind you, after being on the road all day,) and this RUDE lady was telling us we need $100 cash deposit. So, we drive to the nearest bank to get the cash, come back, and she says we need ANOTHER $100 for the other room (why not tell us this when we went the first time?)
She was very condescending, and just all around not helpful at all. We got bad vibes so we went to the super 8 microtel up the road. When we get there, the lady at the front seemed confused that she would ask us for

CAUTION STAY AWAY!
It's a long story but the short one is..... you book on-line with your credit card and when we arrive they demanded a $100 CASH DEPOSIT. When THEY refused to check us in without it, I was then informed that if I canceled their was a cancellation FEE. Had to get Police involved to make a report so I would have proof I was denied my reservation incase the charge charge did not process on my card. THE POLICE OFFICER said, "be glad you didn't check in, this is not a safe place, and to get the hell out of here" and referred us to a safe hotel.

Very run down and outdated.
The Manager and administration laughed as they refunded the last night along with a sarcastic laugh saying “ “Here’s a refund for the roaches”. The A/C was broken in the first room and toilet in the next and had to be serviced. The next morning our loaf of bread had roaches in it. The staff was rude and said to me that the customer is not always right “let’s get that clear”. Very unprofessional. I know it’s not a Holiday Inn but professionalism could raise the rating on the smaller guy.
