The hotel and staff are nice and we enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is that they don't have an ice machine for guests and you have to call to have someone bring it to your room ... two days in a row after 4… phone calls requesting ice, I finally gave up on anyone showing up with it. They need to put little mini ice makers in the rooms so guests have their own access to some ice.

My husband and I stayed this past Thursday and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and even called to confirm our check-in time and called again to make sure we were comfortable… in our room. The atmosphere was the best we experienced in New Orleans. We felt safe, we felt welcome, and we felt super fancy. I’ll always recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to New Orleans.

My wife and I stayed from April 10-16 and we enjoyed our stay. Nice hotel in the Garden District, short walk from some restaurants and bars (next door to a liquor store is a plus), very excellent service by the… staff. We absolutely recommend this hotel to people coming to NOLA that would prefer to not be close to the French Quarter.
