701A is a slum lord condo; dirty, hot, and quite rundown for what I paid, i.e. almost $1,000 for 3 nights. Old ceiling fans are dirty, top refrigerator shelf looks like meat juice was left all over the shelf; refrigerator itself is rusted all over the left side on the outside; drapes are 1970's, complete with torn backing. . The decor (pictures, wall hangings, etc ) and pillows, towels, and bedding etc., are Dollar Store purchases; furniture, throw rugs, etc., appear to be thrift store pick ups; broken doors, broken door lock. Will NEVER rent this particular unit again. I have photos to back up

We enjoyed our stay at the Summerhouse. We stayed in condo 702A. The condo itself was very nice and we had plenty of room with great views. However, it was very minimal stocked. We had four towels for a seven day stay with a condo that slept up to 8guests. So, that meant we were constantly washing towels. Our condo did have a washer and dryer but the dryer wasn’t strong enough to dry the towels after three times of turning the dryer on the towels still wouldn’t dry so we ended up just hanging them to dry. The same thing for toilet paper, our condo had one roll per bathroom for a seven day stay

The Summerhouse is a great place for families. Everything is very convenient to attractions, shopping and restaurants. The two bedroom units provide adequate room for larger families and it is very secure with surveillance video of all areas. The improvements made after the hurrican has greatly increased the value of your vacation. The Summerhouse provides a game room and two swimming pools, kiddy pool and a hot tub.

We will definitely be staying here again! The 910b condo was very nice except the master bedroom TV was broken along with the beach cart. The rest of the condo was very nice and had a wonderful view of the pools and beach. The staff was very friendly at check-in and at the gazebo snack bar. This is an older building and there a few places that need attention but it was very clean and my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return again next year.

We stayed for six nights. 3 adults and 1 baby. We had two rooms a perfect set up with adorable decor and updated! The pool area is very nice with two pools and a hot tub. Great amenities. My only complaint would be the beds felt cheap like you were laying on springs and for 6 nights and the amount of money you need good sleep. The customer service wasn’t the best. Overall we were pretty pleased.

I paid a deposit to Gary Estvanko for unit 103A March 6, 2018. Because of Hurricane Michael our reservation for Dec 1, 2018, thru March 15, 2019, was canceled. He made a partial refund on Feb 4, 2019, of $2500.00. Gary Estvanko owner of Unit 103A, Summerhouse Condos, 6505 Thomas Dr. Panama City Beach FL. still owes me $299.05. It is coming up on a year that he has had my money. He has lied about giving the refund on Wednesday 02/20/2019. I still have not seen my money. He is now ignoring my calls and text, I'm at a loss. Please be aware of Gary Estvanko's business practices.

This was our first time staying here and only our second time to PCB. I was extremely disappointed. Upon arrival, we checked in and were greeted with a not so nice staff. They never welcomed us or anything... they just went through the motions and I found them very impersonal. We were tired from our trip and went straight to the condo, 1113C, to unload our stuff and head to dinner. When we were leaving for dinner, we couldn't get out of our room.. the door was not functioning and would not open. We immediately called the office and maintenance was sent. He assured us that we didn't need

The positives about Summerhouse condo include: it's location; it is close to the far end of Thomas drive, so it is farther away from the "craziness" of Panama City. The condo is relatively small, so the beach is not near as crowded as many of the other massive condos in PC. The grounds are very well kept and are beautiful! The condo has 2 pools, one heated and one not heated, a hot tub and a kiddie pool.
The biggest negative is the age of the condo. Many of the units have not been updated and the decor is stuck in the 90s. BUT, if you do some research, you are able to find some

I love the summerhouse condos have stayed there for the last 11 years sometime twice a year this year we stayed in tower b in May and 611c in July well 611c was pretty but not clean I don't think the beds were changed and there was egg shell on the floor. The washer and dryer was the smallest I've seen in years so we worked our self to death to keep up with towels and clothes!! (4 towels at a time!!) but other than that the grounds are beautiful people are great so this review is about this condo not the entire place we have always stayed here and will continue!!

Summerhouse is a great place to stay for couples as well as families. We like it because it is not so big like some of the newer condominiums. There are three buildings with an elevators in each building; 11 floors. We've never had to wait long at all for an elevator. I think building B is the best because you not only have a great beach and pool area view, but you also get the sunset view. Building C blocks the view if you're in building A and building C faces away from the sunset unless you are on the end wrap units.
