Services
Family law professionals form partnerships with their clients. Unlike other areas of law where the attorney performs a service, these professionals work hand-in-hand with their clients for years providing guidance, emotional support and court appearances. Many people hire an lawyer based on the legal advice they give, experience in dealing with the child support, custody and divorces, ability to communicate and empathy.
You have significant assets. In the event of your death, you do not want a probate court taking over the supervision of your assets. While you are alive, you want to remain in control of your assets. We know that one of the most important things you can do for your family is to establish a living trust.
One thing most parents will prefer not to go through is the trauma of divorce proceedings. Throw in a child custody battle into the deal and it becomes clear that this is one experience that most couples will not want to have unless they can help it. Fortunately, child custody law is usually designed to work in the best interest of the child.
You have someone close to you that you believe is no longer able to handle his or her own care. You are concerned that this individual can no longer manage his or her financial affairs. You believe your loved one may become vulnerable to less than trustworthy people. Our team of attorneys can help you establish a conservatorship to protect your loved one's financial interests.
The decision to obtain a lawyer is never easy. There are many facets to a divorce and taking the steps to work through these times may be difficult. By hiring the right San Jose divorce lawyer, you can help facilitate your divorce proceedings and avoid possible confrontations and complications. We want to help you get past this trying time with as little difficulty as possible.

Do not hire if your case is urgent as punctuality is not Mr. Pintar's forte. He is capable of the bare minimum but you shouldn't expect much else. His phone calls are usually rushed if he even manages to answer and I am pretty sure he doubles as a secretary. He may even come across as rude to some due to his tendency to interrupt sentences. He is a very stressed person and although I believe he tries his best, there are better options in the area.

Jason Pintar is an excellent attorney who really advocates for his clients. He helped me out on a restraining order issue against an increasingly unpredictable acquaintance. We hoped the defendant would settle on our court day. When the defendant did not want to settle and instead took an all or nothing approach, we went to lunch at the Judge's request and Jason came back ready for an unexpected bench trial that afternoon. The outcome was definitely favorable for me. I wouldn't have wanted to be the defendant's attorney that afternoon!

I hired Jason Pinta as my attorney before my devorce trail on 2014, he is the worst attorney you could ever hired, he just want take your money and would not do any work for you, and even worse, he is not confident with himself on the court since he didn't studied the case, he will duress his client to accept the opposing attorney any condition they want.
Before the trail, my ex offered me to settle with $200k which is very unfair and I could not accept the settlement, the community assets which include community funds and community property, total value around $2milloion during the 10 years

I went to Jason's law office for a post judgement for property which had not been resolved when I got divorced. The initial consult with Jason went really well. He was honest about the pros and cons of taking the property dispute to court and had good legal advise of settling it outside of courts if at all possible. A month later I went back to him with my ex- husband with an agreement on buying out my Ex-husbands's share in the property and Jason and his associate, Andrew handled the judgement for us very effectively. They respond right away to any concerns. The post judgement done on

Jason Pintar will overcharge you very highly. Once he takes the retainer he will almost never be available. He is litigation-happy and will make you go to court more often than needed because it is lucrative for him. No chance he will give you his cell number. If you call his office, you will only reach the junior lawyer who is still learning his craft. He will charge you hundreds of dollars an hour just for chitchatting with you on the phone. Jason Pintar is reasonably smart. However, all the money he will overcharge you is not worth the barely average service you will get. If you do due diligence

For the past year I had the the pleasure of being represented by Andrew Calvert from the Law Offices of Jason Pintar for a divorce settlement. Throughout the process, I felt I had a legal rock that provided the structure, support and steadiness that I needed to get me through the emotional roller coasters and understanding of the legal system. Andrew was more than just a lawyer as there were times he went above and beyond his call of duty by checking in with me during his days off or holidays, staying on top of the filings to ensure the court and other party respond promptly and setting realistic
