I don't wanna stay another year 😪 I feel sooo dirty in this place, the mice ,and now I'm starting to see roaches ..,the bugs crawling into my apartment from the back door everynight.. the mold growing everywhere in the apt its nasty .. I don't even wanna wash my clothes in the laundromat, it's roaches crawling out the machines and all over the tables ... let alone I had a leak a month ago near my hallway, emergency maintenance fixed the electrical part since water filled up my light but my ceiling got wet as well and bubbled up so paint got snatched off , they never came to fix it like that

Do not move here! This place is filled with rats both inside and outside the apartments. My roommates and I called multiple times, and they never answered. When they finally responded, they sent pest control which seemed to make the mice multiply rather than decrease. We had also put in a complaint about the tub, but they never came until water literally started collecting in the tub. The affordable rent is not worth all of this at all.

Do not move here. I moved in 08/10/21 and upon move in I was greeted by roaches. The original fridge the Unit came with was infested with roaches crawling inside and out. Ever since I moved in despite having exterminators come twice, the refrigerator replaced, and spending my own money on baits and traps there have been roaches every single day. Beyond the infested apartment the original laundry key I was given did not work, only for me to get into the laundry facility through a maintenance man walking by and it was filthy. There’s armies of rats in the parking lot at night, the office does not

This community is awful! Not only do people steal my packages almost as soon as they’re delivered but there are rats everywhere in the back parking lot. People do not put their trash in the dumpster and mice will chew their way through the apartment doors and the leasing office won’t let maintenance do anything about it. The buildings are not clean and you can literally hear someone’s phone buzz from next-door or above you. I am moving soon and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

When I first moved in to this apartment , it was ok because the management team was very helpful. Anytime we put in a maintenance request, they’re always available to help until we started seeing new faces in their office. The current staff are not helpful at all. Our security door has been damaged, I went to them for help and even made several calls, yet no help. Mice everywhere, bathtub issue and the list goes on. Horrible and annoying.definitely living by the end of our lease.

When I first moved in it shuda been a sign to go someplace else!! They told me I could move in 9am get there and they said the apt wasn’t gonna b ready until 5:30pm!! A few weeks later I’m calling for maintenance request!! Let’s not speak about the mice!! We was catching 2-3 mice’s a day!! Mice gone but now for the past month or so I’ve been dealing with Gnats!! I’m so over this apt!! I pay almost $1300 in rent and don’t live comfortable!! I’m bouta start putting my rent in Escrow!! I’m over this community

This place is trash!! I started off in a studio apartment that I loved! The storage is was good enough for the space, i made it work for me and I was happy. However whoever designed the floor plans clearly had never lived in a apartment. The layout did not make sense whats so ever. I moved to a one bedroom and had less storage but more "floor". The layout in the one bedroom was absolutely ridiculous, the closest and the kitchen are a joke. I have a lot of clothes and two SMALL closets to work with. The updates that I had were not updates at all. The bathroom tile was painted over and

Rent is cheap, the apartment isn't great but it could be worse I guess. All of the buildings are old, so I had a wall of mold in my closet once. Maintenance took a few days to come out and fix it, but then they put in a dehumidifier for the whole apartment, which seems to be helping. I live on the top floor, so I haven't had to deal with rats/mice. However, I see them at the dumpster every time I walk past it. I haven't had too many issues, but these are definitely old apartments. If you're looking a for nice, updated complex, this isn't the one for you.

If your looking for an honest review, this is the one right here. I'm sick and tired of seeing mice roam around my apartment. I have seen one every day and the mouse traps don't do anything. The traps killed a few but not all of them. The exterminators are no help, either! I want to get out of my lease because I didn't pay for a mice infested apartment. I WANT TO GET OUT OF MY LEASE BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE, THAT'S THE ONLY SOLUTION!

I was a first time renter and literally everything that could go wrong, did. I lasted a total of one and a half months here. I feel bad for people who have to stay years here. I was shown a beautiful model apartment not once but twice, and what I got was a sad excuse for an apartment. There are roaches, bugs, leaks, massive water damage, NO sound barrier what so ever, and above all, an office staff who can and will treat you poorly. They are nice in the beginning because it sucks you in but once you sign the lease the customer service skills are out the door. There

The rent is affordable, but you get what you pay for. At my first place here my bathroom ceiling literally collapsed. It took them over a month to repair it and I was not compensated a deducted rent either. My second place here was cockroach infested and was not cockroach-free until months later. Additionally, management is money-hungry and not helpful at all. All in all, if this is your only option then take it. If you are able to spend a little more money to live somewhere else, then don’t pinch pennies living here.
