Was told, "Maybe 10-15 more minutes. One pizza normally takes longer because other orders take priority."

Great pizza, but vastly short staffed lead to our dissatisfaction.

My family loves this place. The one place that we can all agree on when pizza is the choice for dinner. We have eaten here at least twenty times and the food has always been great. The pandemic has hurt the customer service side of the restaurant with a constant turnover of waitstaff over the last year.

I’ve only purchased Alfredo from this restaurant.. it’s great .. However this evening I had a terrible experience with an employee.. I ordered 4 fettuccini meals .. I paid for the meals online before arriving.. upon arrival young man handed my (bag)and I asked where is the salad and breadsticks; He stated; you didn’t ask for breadsticks or salad . Hmmm 🤔 Sir it’s a meal the fettuccini automatically includes the sides I even notated in the special instructions “add ranch to all salads” this man was upset because he had to retrieve it .. it was no one in the restaurant so they were

I'm not impressed. We have ordered delivery from Spaghetti Eddie's several times during the pandemic, and each time it arrives missing something. I didn't write reviews the first few times because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they are obviously not paying attention. Tonight I ordered fettuccini alfredo, an order of mozzarella sticks, and a drink. When it arrived, it was missing the breadstick and the salad. I also requested plastic forks/napkins, and those were left out, as well. Overall, the food just didn't travel well. Between the fees and the tip,

6 for effort. We needed to charge our phones, we decided to dine in. I ordered Baked Ziti, which I was told the original has pork in it. So he said, he could substitute for beef or chicken. Okay cool.
Nice hot prepared dish. Wasn't bad, just too cheesy and not the right amount of beef and the Ziti was too loose. Oh well, never order food before a place is actually ready for customers or prime time, then again that too can be a mistake. Just complicated

This pizza place has gone down hill since we first started coming. It used to be great and I do think they still have good pizza but it is hit or miss. They are understaffed and their kitchen is very slow despite only having about 8 tables and 2 or 3 take out orders while we were there. My food took about 40 minutes to come out and even our appetizer was not ready until then and not only that but it was under done. Our pizza had an entire slice without cheese or toppings. And the Alfredo was so watered down it couldn’t even be called Alfredo. And then to top it off their ticketing system charged

I've had takeout from this place 3 times, and I've been disappointed 3 times. I ordered Stromboli and the crust has been consistently burnt and the inside is not very hot. It's like they're baking it in an oven that's too hot. Tonight I had to put it in the microwave to heat it up. I will never order from here again.

Ok... I'm a normal customer here. You wouldn't think so considering my rating. However, hear me out. I live relatively close by and they do well enough to make it reasonable for the distance. There are a few pro-tips I'd highly suggest though.
Typical order to pickup time is about 30-40 minutes for dinner time. Plan ahead. We usually order for about 5 people. Here's where you need to pay attention. The last 3 times I had to come back b/c they forgot to pack something with my order. So when I went in the last time I took time to sift through the bags to really figure out everything

I've always loved Spaghetti Eddie's. Good prices, fast-casual atmosphere, and tasty food. Breadsticks are my go-to, and my favorite pasta varies, depending on which way the wind blows. I live about 3,000 miles away now, but every time I put on the Spaghetti Eddie's t-shirt my mom got me a dozen years ago, I fondly remember many good times and great meals there.

Place has terrible service , there is a wait to be seated sign with no one watching it, no one asks you anor says hello while waiting. I wanted to place an order, no one would acknowledge the fact I was waiting. Most of the staff was young kids who looked clueless and a middle age man who definitely didn't want to be standing there as he was reading a paper.

I was very excited to order from this restaurant for the first time. I absolutely love spaghetti and make a mean recipe myself. This day I was lazy so I decided I'll give them a try. I was very surprised to feel the heaviness in the order when it arrived and looked very appetizing. Though the presentation was nice once I started eating it, immediately noticed was it least half pound or so of spaghetti noodles with maybe a cup of sauce. Its one of the few independent operators I come in contact with. The owner is hands on and I see him online throwing dough consistently. Last Sunday he was off, it was not running smoothly. Ticket times were long when I came in. I left to deliver another leg of my orders and returned ...and there he was. Pulling them out of the weeds. We paid $40 for this and it's extremely subpar. Food took about 40 minutes when I was told 20-25 minutes. Girl working the front didn't want to be there and it was obvious. I could even tell while ordering on the phone. This place used to be amazing. I don't know what happened to it. Very disappointed that we drove 20 minutes for it.

Ordered yesterday and today for delivery. Food is OK. Staying at a hotel and left that in the notes, yet no utensils to eat the food. Today I asked politely in the notes for dressing for the wings and nothing. No ketchup for the fries, and just can't seem to get it right. For $50 for two sandwiches and an order of wings with all the delivery fees, you would think that businesses would take an extra 30 seconds to get it right. Guess not.

Tried this place for the first time and it was really really good. I was pleasantly surprised. For some reason I didn't think I would like this place. We started off with the garlic doughnut knots did and marinara sauce, and they were delicious! Plus you get a lot with your order there were six of us and it was plenty for everyone. The ranch dressing I got with my salad was so good, it tasted homemade. I got the lasagna and it was delicious. The breadstick that came with was very yummy too. Everyone else at my table loved what they got. My sister did say however, the mushrooms on her pizza

I love this place a lot. Everyone is friendly and kind and will always greet you as a friend. But this little place has some downsides. First I want to say what in my opinion if you order the pizza in slices it is way better than actually getting a whole pie. It is less oily and a more Italian style. The wait is also kind of a problem but not to bad if you want to pick up your food. The last problem is the place is kind of falling apart and it is not what is used to be but I would totally come here again.

I love cheesy pizza. Especially when there is enough cheese to choke on and the pizza is sooooo good here. Whenever I get a craving for a homemade type of pizza this is one of my go to places. They are convenient like across the street from my moms house so there is that. I really love their pizza here and tgey also have some great salads as well.

However I did try their greek salad which was amazing. (Yes, you can screw up lettuce and veggies but they did not.) Their dressing is amazing too.
Normally, im not a fan of juat fettuccine Alfredo but their Alfredo sauce was a burst of cheese and rich creamy goodness.
Can't wait to get back and try their pizza soon!

I had low expectations as soon as I walked through the door. The decor was outdated and the seating has seen better days. The smells coming from the kitchen forced me it sit. The aroma reminded me of a local New Jersey Italian eatery, where the place was falling apart, but the food was amazing. In this case... The food was outstanding. My wife ordered a calzone and I ordered a bowl of spaghetti with homemade meatballs. The service was great even though they only had two servers (which makes timing a bit difficult). One of the best Italian pizzeria in Taylor Rd. not far from Chesapeake square mall. A little pricey, but good quality pizza. The order took a little longer than we expected, but the food was yummy. I love their bread sticks; it was yummy! A good number of tables they can put together for groups. Pickup is also an option.

The wait was longer than I expected. Many people who sat down after us received their food before us. The portions were large and can easily feed 2. The kids got a 14" Meatzza Pizza and enjoyed it, they even took 2 slices home which was surprising since they love to eat. If it hadn't been for the long wait I would give this place a 5 star.
