He personally manages every property. He inspects your property, personally handles move-ins and move-outs, assesses necessary repairs and oversees each vendor. He has experience managing single family homes, condos, duplexes, and small apartment buildings. Ken handles each transaction with honesty, integrity, and with your best interest in mind.
I've worked with Ken Olivera at AV Realty since 2008. He has found tenants for us on multiple occasions, helped us rehab our properties between tenants, and most recently, sold one of our properties. In all that time, and through all of those projects and transactions, Ken has been personable and professional.

We have rented a single family home for the past year with his company managing the property. Ken has maintained the oversight and contact with me personally. I have found him to be fair, responsive, and very upfront.
We have had questions regarding payment of the rent, water leaks, A/C problems, dishwasher problems, and other minor issues that pop up in a regular home. Ken has always promptly returned my calls and handled his business, always within a day!
We would definitely rent from Ken again and love dealing with his professionalism.

It’s the WOOOOOOOOOOORST “AGENCY” EVER! VEEEEEERY CHEAP, unprofessional, rude, and money washing people! I’m renting a place with AV Realty currently, and I would move out now, but I invested a lot of money out of my pocket in the house, so, I have to stay! In order to get a minor repair, like a leak or replacing a faucet, have to wait mooooonths! They’re 2-person-team that can do “everything”, or, the same persons are specialists in fixing plumbing, AC, fencing, etc. and finishing with realtors’ stuff!

I had a good experience working with Ken. It takes a day or two for him to contact you back (which seems to be the norm with rental companies) but always fallows through with communications and maintance requests. He was honest and straight forward. We did a lot of cleaning and did not damage our property upon move out and found him to be extremely fair with the security deposit deductions and timely with the return.
I would deffinatly rent one of his properties again and would suggest him to and good cleanly renter.

If I can give this place a negative rating I would. This by far was the WORST experience for us. It all started about a month ago when we were looking for a house to rent. The red flags started very early on when it took the realtor Ken 2 days to return our call just to view the property. After that everything went from BAD to WORSE. Constant delays for follow ups, It felt like we were the ones who constantly had to follow up with him in updates with the screening process. I feel bad for the people or owner of properties that use this realty company as rental agency for screening potential renters

Av Realty is a scam if you cherish your money do not get a house through them I was suppose to get a deposit check of $1500 back and the owner and Ken decided I only deserved $300. I asked Ken to walk the house with the owners so I can see if there is anything I could correct. I never received a call from him to do a walk through. I got the check in the mail with fake invoices and a total of only $300. I called Ken and asked is this a joke. He stated I called you and told you the problems you had with your house and you did not want to cooperate with us. I stated I never received a call from him
