Mike and his team have done an outstanding job with my properties.
He took over two of my houses that were vacant and in a short period
of time signed good qualified tenants. One of the rentals required substantial
repairs and he did an excellent job of getting the work done in a timely and cost
effective manner with reasonable quality vendors. He was available outside of
normal hours for time critical discussions when necessary. Mike, Sarai, and
others at Drysdale have followed up on all issues very effectively. I really

Drysdale is absolutely the company I would recommend to manage your rental properties. The team in the office and the team in the field are exceptional to deal with. They're responsive, thorough and get things done on behalf of you and your renters. In particular, Mike Challberg and Shannon Lester are outstanding professionals I've had the pleasure to know and deal with. Furthermore, unlike some property management companies, Drysdale will bring the right (expert and cost effective) contractors into help when needed, and they don't uplift the costs to profit off the inevitable issues

They were ok but quite slow in getting items replaced in a timely manner. When I had to move because owner wanted to sale the condo I was never told specifics on cleaning when I asked. I was only told to clean out cubbards and drawers. I wouldn't get charged for carpet cleaning since I lived there almost 8 years and paint. I knew I wasn't responsible for either one.
When I moved in the condo it was never painted, stained and very worn carpet, dirty blinds, oven racks and stove top not cleaned and blinds were disfunctional. I left the place exactly as I moved in. I have pics to prove

I paid $1200 deposit 8 years ago and moved into a condo that had very poor carpet that had to be cleaned 3x and still very stained, stove and oven not clean and I never used it, never painted, blinds filthy and shower stall stained.
They still have not paid any money and by law they are supposed to pay by 3 weeks 7/24.
They are trying to charge carpet cleaning and can’t after 5 years. Dark spot in bedroom were under my bed and have no idea where it came from. They are charging me for air filter and was never told it needed to be replaced.

I previously left a pretty bad review, but since then they've cleaned up their staff. No issues since then. An online tenant portal is provided to schedule repairs. The response time is decent, but whether repairs are done is up to the owner . The property manager assigned to my rental (Michael) seemed pretty down to earth. For the most part, they are professional. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is at a yearly inspection, Sarai took pictures of the inside of my house without telling me she would be doing so ahead of time and seemed to have an attitude.

Lol I'm not surprised they have such low reviews. They're always going against what the owner of the house says to do/wants to do. Last year they put our house up for sale without telling us when we've been here for 14 years. We never ask them to fix anything we always do it ourselves (with reliable, trustworthy workers, the workers that they have had come in here ended up making things worse everytime. Mike Challberg is a great property manager! We are his garage door vendor. (1agaragedoors.net) We knew Mike for some time now and he has been in this business for a very long time. I would highly recommend Drysdale because of the customer service you will get from Mike. If you want to rent or buy, Drysdale is a great place to start. They are more personal with the clients, which is why Mike almost doubles the business in the 2 years hes been with them.

Why don't I see my review? I wonder what's wrong with this app? Drysdale deserves my opinion for sure! They have been beyond amazing to me!! As a tenant, I have been treated with kindness and respect by all the staff!! They are quick to respond to all my needs. During these trying times, they have stayed in constant contact to make sure we have been ok. No other property management has ever done that for me! I wouldn't rent from anyone else!

Drysdale Property Management has manager two duplexes for us for several years. They have been very responsive to our needs as well as our tenant's requests.
Rent collection has been timely, bookkeeping has been accurate and our single vacancy was quickly filled.
Recently we decided to sell both duplexes. Mike and Sarai were always available to take care of tenant notifications, letting inspectors and contractors in when tenants couldn't be home and providing us with contractor references when we needed pest control inspections and a couple of small roof repairs.

The recent post naming all the team and how great they are is laughable. It was obviously written by someone with in the company trying to boost ratings. My advice is do not rent from them. They do not reply to calls or emails. Scroll down for more tenants who have complained about this same issue. I was a tenant for 4 and a half years. Never gave problems and never late on my rent. Moving out was a mess. I moved because I bought a home and almost 2 months later and I’m still trying to get back my deposit. Charging me for petty things and things that were there when I moved in. We have rented a property through Drysdale for the past 3 years, and we couldn't be happier. Kathy is great and very responsive and helpful whenever we need something. We are only moving out of our property because we are purchasing a home, but I would definitely recommend renting through Drysdale for anyone looking to rent.

Drysdale took over the property management company we originally worked with. We had no issues the first two years I think because we had so few repairs. We began to have issues in 2018 when a shower leak occurred in an upstairs bathroom of our rental. After many phone calls, emails, a phone call to the owner of the company the repair was made 6 months later!!!! Needless to say there was damage to the bathroom floor, which Drysdale kept denying. It was finally resolved and they did repair the floor and replace the linoleum. The main problem with this company is such poor communication.

I rented from drysdale for about a year and a half. Kathy and Ana were always so sweet and always dealt with any concerns I had in a good timely manner. They are a great property management company but also good people. Very kind and professional. They speak to you with great respect but are very down to earth they don’t just treat you as a renter they treat you as a person “very rare now a days” loved them and would be happy to rent from them again!!

The people there are very bad at returning calls or doing what they are supposed to do. They also have very little understanding of home repair or handling contractors. There are several people working there but they don't seem to talk to each other or share information. If you tell them something they don't share information with their co workers. All in all this is an incompetent organization.
