A small amount of blood is drawn from you and placed in a sterile tube that is spun down in a centrifuge to separate the different components of the blood. Came to this office in August for the first time to fix slight discoloration due to sun exposure in my decolletage area. After filling out my details and talking to the nurses and to Dr. Jhin about my extremely sensitive skin, she recommended IPL treatment and started working on me. As I was leaving, I paid an exorbitant amount of money for multiple IPL treatments. But something wasn't right. It was burning like mad. Soon I realized that I had second degree burns. I've contacted the office numerous times and they continued to say that it can't be. I took countless pictures and videos of the damage
