At Crane Street Dermatology we practice medicine based on the highest standards of patient care and professionalism. Dr. Recia Kott Blumenkranz is a board-certified dermatologist and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She has been caring for patients in the Bay Area for the past 25 years.
Dr. Blumenkranz was born in Montreal, Canada and received her undergraduate education at Brown University where she was awarded an Sc. B. in biology, Magna Cum Laude. Her first two years of medical school were spent at Stanford, and she did a third year of research in the Department of Pathology. Dr. Blumenkranz then graduated from the University of Miami School of Medicine where her husband was doing his Ophthalmology fellowship.
