We moved from out of state. The staff in the office were wonderful from the first phone call. They were very helpful and made for a very smooth move In. The maintenance crew is also just as awesome. A few minor things had to be taken care of and they took care of is asap. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful.

Where to start? I took a while to write this review, but after living elsewhere for 5 months - its a no brainer. Security is there whenever they feel like it. I rented two separate units in this community, both were broken into. Security lets anybody in if they ARE there. I was given notice, towards the end of my lease after the break in to deliver possession, and I did - only to find that a collections agency had been sent after me, tanking my credit score by 74 points. Luckily, I was able to move in to a different apartment complex before the credit took a hit. Do not live here unless your parents

Renter beware…almost signed a lease at this property and thankfully I saw the “renovated” unit. The AC was not functional, dead bugs everywhere, cracks in the floor, and unfinished paint. This unit is not livable and management was trying to get me to sign without seeing the unit. Unacceptable! The apartment slider did not close or lock, and it was very dirty.

I seldom ever leave bad reviews for a business. I understand, especially in the apartment industry, that perfection is hard to come by and you sometimes have to take the good with the bad.
However, with that being said, I was scheduled for a 9am interview today. I show up a few minutes early (because I honor my commitments) and 10 minutes later the manager (Amber) comes out and without explanation cancels the interview (while in front of other staff members). Not only was that unprofessional, but also a totally embarrassing experience for me. I took time out of my morning to get ready and put

Our AC unit has broken 4 times total overnight with no real work done to it. Just a simple patch job that fails within 30 days. Waking up to 80-90+ degrees inside your home is not pleasant and also not deemed an emergency on a Sunday that’s 85 degrees outside which means you’re left to endure Florida humidity and heat inside and out until someone bothers to come put tape on it come Monday evening. These AC units are easily 20-30 years old and need replaced immediately but that will probably never happen. My neighbors have also experienced the loss of their entire bathroom due to the walls caving

Just be careful because they will try and keep your refund. I have live there about two year never had a problem. They want you to keep the light on so they can use your power then you have a higher bill. Sara Garcia is trying to say i didn't pay my bill for the Month of December and i did email her my Duke bill that was paid in full and Duke send me an refund because i over paid them. I work with Ms. Melissa when i had any problem but since she don't work there new owner Sara Garcia is trying to say that they are keeping half of my deposit. I paid my light bill in full along with Duke information

The aesthetics of the complex are fantastic. The office staff I’ve dealt with have been short tempered and the maintenance requests are marked as “complete” without anyone ever even coming to see the issue. This has happened more than three times.
Called in the middle of the day about a broken AC unit outside of our bedroom window that is louder than a lawn mower, and runs all night making it very difficult to sleep. It has been like this for over a week. Called again 5-6 hours later and was told by Nadia to “just be patient”. For receiving 1300 a month you’d expect a much better experience

Highly recommend. Great place to live and be near downtown Orlando and Winter Park. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance staff are very responsive. For example, we had a leak late one night and within 10 minutes of calling the emergency maintenance line one of the staff from the maintenance crew was at our front door ready to help (ended up not being a big deal - but their responsiveness was impressive and appreciated). We (my girlfriend and I) lived in a loft style unit. The high ceilings and layout of the unit made it feel very open and spacious. Our unit was adjacent to the lake

PLEASE, do your research and keep in mind all reviews before signing a lease. Be sure to do a walk-through inspection, with management present, before moving in/out and keep all communications in writing due to the office staff always changing.
After the complex was sold and management company changed, the quality of living and services went down significantly. Employees that used to work there for many years left because they knew what the change meant.
We lived there for over 3 years and used to love it. Now we are disappointed and do not recommend.
