I highly recommend My Lending Pal (Nations first mortgage before). Roger M is very knowledgeable and gave me a very good insight on how to track Mortgage rates and ARM rates. It helped me make a informed… decision on when to lock the rates. Roger spent a lot of time going through every item in the closing cost worksheet to make sure I understand and totally comfortable with what I'm going to pay.
