I can’t say enough good things! They were able to save my Golden Retriever’s leg and get him in quickly, and do a surgery many other vets wouldn’t. They have followed up daily, and my sweet boy is excited to go there even after everything! Their communication is spot on and very reasonable prices. Just think they’re amazing!

If you have anything bigger than a Yorkie I would highly recommend against this place. Also expect to pay the $50 charge regardless if they tell you that they couldn’t give your dog an exam because he was too big and “agressive”. I could hear my dog screaming and crying but I guess that’s considered him being highly aggressive so whatever. Poor professionalism and they have a lot of attitude for working with such amazing animals.

They were very kind and sympathetic in my time of need got me in very quickly and when I got there immediately took me back. I don't want to have to put another animal down but if the necessity would to arise I would contact them again. Thank you for helping me and my chihuahua Diego in his time of need.

I took my dog to this clinic for the first time for a follow up visit after she was injured. She was actually treated by a different vet I had to use because I was out of town when this incident happened. The doctor and staff at Blackhawk were wonderful! I adopted a second dog and they helped me with selecting an over the counter calming spray to help him through his transition to his new home. They are knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. I highly recommend them!

The assistants and veterinarians here listen to me and truly care for our dogs. I am handicapped and the staff is always happy to help me get our dogs out of the car, into the clinic and safely back to the car. Their genuine caring for our pets, broad range of knowledge and expertise, are very much appreciated.
