Doug Roach of Castle Inspections was one of the inspectors listed on Anji. Doug called soon after I put a posting on the website looking for an inspector for our pending house purchase. He was able to schedule the inspection at a time that I was available. He called when he thought he might not be on time, but then he showed up on time anyway. Doug did a thorough inspection, including climbing up onto the roof to look at it and skylights carefully, and entering and looking carefully through the basement and adjacent crawl space. He was professional and informative, allowing me to ask questions

We had Doug inspect two houses that we were considering buying. He is VERY through in his inspections and noted a lot of issues that the realtors inspector failed to disclose. We are very happy with the service Doug had provided for us on both houses, he is very professional and polite. He took the time to explain everything to us while he was inspecting the houses to make sure we fully understood what we were looking at. The reports he produced were very detailed and included pictures of all the issues. I highly recommend Doug to anyone looking for an inspection

Working with Doug from Castle Inspection has been wonderful. Doug is professional and thorough, ensuring that every corner is inspected. In addition, Doug did a great job explaining the things that he found to me, a first-time home buyer who is still learning.
Doug found times for the inspection that worked for both of us, instead of forcing me into a certain time slot. It was nice to have that because it didn't force me to take time off of work.
Lastly, Doug is very quick in getting inspection reports back to the customer - I got mine within a few hours of the showing.

My husband and I hired Doug to complete our general home inspection as first time home buyers. Doug was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He took his time at the inspection and made sure to explain things to us throughout the process.
