I found NECA through Google with a local friend confirming that the optometrist running the practice came highly recommended. Dr. Williams certainly didn't disappoint and exceeded all of my expectations. She was kind, thorough, well versed, and most important, she was patient answering all of my questions. She performed a detailed health history and explained with visual props exactly what was going on with my vision and how to maintain proper eye health.
