In Sanskrit, Bhav is an attitude or expression of devotion, wisdom, joy, and playfulness. It's also the inspiration for Bhav Yoga Den, South Ogden's destination to experience the transformative powers of yoga. Our unique approach integrates breathing techniques, the practice of asanas (yoga poses), and meditation to promote physical, emotional, and mental transformation.
Bhav Yoga Den is a mindfulness based studio rooted in the Ancient teachings and practices of India. Stephanie Barker, Studio Owner, RYT 500, was first introduced to yoga as a Fitness Instructor in 2005. Her yoga path took Stephanie to Yoga Den's International School where she trained both in California and at the heart of yoga in India!

I went to my second yoga class at Bhav Yoga tonight and it was even better than the first! I'm new to yoga and Stephanie has instructed both classes I've attended. She's great at explaining as we transition into each pose and offers gentle guidance when she sees someone who needs some assistance with form. She also offers alternate poses in case anyone needs to modify. The atmosphere is super chill and I was greeted by first name right as I walked through the door.

This studio is great. A little more relaxed than some studios, but that creates a really nice vibe. Each of the teachers adds their own personal style to their excellent yoga skills, making it easy to grow and progress in your practice. Personally, I’ve noticed that a regular studio practice has helped so much in building strength and flexibility...I can do so much more than I ever thought possible when I was just doing DVD’s at home. Plus, it’s helped me so much in my other active pursuits...I’m running stronger and faster, and I’m skiing better than ever.

I absolutely love this yoga studio. It's clean, quiet, comforting and simplistic. If you're intimidated to come inside or try a class, please don't be. I was a little anxious about the unknown and all I was greeted with was kindness. I've had 5 different instructors on different evenings and I've enjoyed each one. The owner, Stephanie, is truly a kind person and a great instructor. She believes in what she's doing. This is a welcoming place for all. I'm so grateful for the positive difference it's making in my life.

I absolutely LOVE going to yoga here! I typically hit up the Night Owl class, and its so nice. Each instructor I've had is great. The space for classes is clean, quiet, the temperature is nice, and the lighting is perfect. They also have fun things occasionally like body paint and black light yoga - its not enough to be distracting but enough to be so fun. Seriously, if you haven't done yoga here yet, you've got to go at least once! The teachers are all great and work with all levels of people. They often give instruction for a pose and then say how to make it more difficult or easier. The website

Bhav Yoga Den is such a positive and inspiring space. As someone who isn't athletic and very easily intimidated, I was nervous when my sister suggested we go. We've since become members and I have never had a bad experience or ever once felt judged there. The owner and instructors are all so welcoming and kind. They actually help you learn the poses, build your strength, and show you how to make modifications if you can't do something. I suggest it to anyone who wants to try yoga for the first time and to my yoga devoted friends.

My kids have really enjoyed the childrens yoga classes offered twice weekly. I like this studio because it is warm and inviting without any pretentiousness. All skill levels and abilities are embraced. The owner Stephanie is wonderful. Classes are affordable on any budget. The studio is clean and conveniently located. We've been blessed to find this!
We actually had our daughter's birthday party here. They offered a children yoga class then gave us use of the studio to open presents and each child got a Fiiz drink next door. It was really fun and unique.
