Renew & Restore Yoga
The small, private setting offers the opportunity to match postures to what you are feeling in your body in the moment. Clients are able to ask questions and give feedback throughout the session. Truly a unique yoga experience. I have a passion for teaching! I have a degree in elementary education and became a registered yoga instructor in 2013.

I taught yoga at Dixie State University for 2 years and Infusion Yoga and Pilates for 21/2 years. I greatly enjoy teaching yoga to individuals and small groups. I experienced trauma as a child for which I received *EMDR treatments and found it quite helpful. When I coupled my therapeutic treatment with yoga I discovered full body, mind and soul healing.

I’ve been a client of Amy Johnson’s for several years. She is highly knowledgeable about yoga, it’s forms and practices. Her quality teaching skills are complimented by her willingness to listen to each client and help them honor and strengthen their bodies. Everyone who practices yoga would benefit from her expertise and care!

I wasn’t sure what to expect from restorative partner yoga, but Amy’s warm personality and thorough explanations put me at ease. The session was entirely different than any yoga I have ever done before. It wasn’t a workout and didn’t require any skill on my part. Instead, Amy assisted me in deep relaxation, focused breathing, and stretching. I left feeling rejuvenated and pampered and would recommend the experience to anyone.

Love, love Amy as an instructor and a restorative yoga partner. She is so invested in yoga and ensuring her client’s needs are met. Restorative yoga is better than a massage and you leave feeling so relaxed and detoxed. Highly recommend everyone trying out partner yoga for overall health.
