This company is completely incompetent. They used comparables that are extremely old, vary greatly in size and quality, and barely spent more than 15 mins in the house. They are errors easily seen in the report. Robert who works there should be fired for his incompetence. He ruined the entire process for several families. Wouldn't even look at an appraisal that was done 2 years prior that showed the house was clearly way over the value he submitted even though the market and house had greatly improved.

This is a very incompetent company. Once we received our appraisal report and reviewed it we found many errors and when we asked about the errors we found the appraiser blew them off. We paid for this service I think we are entitled to a better explanation especially when he only spent 15 minutes at my house for $480. The appraiser did not know the definition of a basement. They considered the first floor of our home a basement even though that is the front door entry into our home and not one part of that floor is underground.. seems as though he just didn’t want a reason to count additional

This appraisal company is highly incompetent. They performed an appraisal for our investment property and used comparables that were in a significantly dissimilar neighborhood, went beyond the normal 5 mile range to find comps, used comps that were nearly two years old, and did not adjust for the condition of the properties. When given a detailed report (supported from comps provided by a different appraisal company) disputing their findings, they replied in three short, inconclusive sentences why the report was invalid. If this company is assigned to your appraisal, you will regret it. CHOOSE
