Dr. Considine is a proud graduate of Cornell University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, Health, and Society. She went on to pursue her passion for medicine at the State University of New York College of Optometry in Manhattan. She worked in New York City for 2 years at a Pediatric Ophthalmology practice, specializing in strabismus and amblyopia.

Eyes on Elm is a great spot to get an eye exam and glasses. Dr. Victoria Considine, OD is really nice and easy to work with. She is professional and spent a lot of time with me during my exam, addressing my needs and making sure all of my questions were answered. The store itself is beautiful and chic. The staff is friendly and they make everything easy and convenient. Overall, my experience was great and Eyes on Elm is my go to for my eyes and eye needs!

Dr. Considine & staff are amazing! They each took the time to make sure I chose a pair of glasses that fit me & my style. They truly care about their patients and how they feel leaving the office. My wife and I very much enjoyed our experience at Eyes on Elm which included an eye exam and purchases of prescription eyeglasses and both prescription and non-prescription sunglasses. I have never been to an eye doctor before but after my 19 month old gave me a bad poke to my right eye that left me blurry for 2 days I wanted to get it checked out. My friend recommend Eyes on Elm and they gave me a same day appt when I called in and were an absolute pleasure. The gentleman at the front was polite and welcoming. Dr C was amazing - totally put me at ease as I was silently freaking out that I had permanent eye damage. She walked me through the exam and answered all my questions. Luckily no damage but did discover that I could benefit from glasses - I am apprehensive about getting

I am stunned by the good reviews. I'm glad for the people who had a good experience because mine was $1,000 down the trash. From the start Dr. Victoria Considine had an attitude of superiority and inflexibility. I brought my own glasses in to have an RX added. I paid 50% up front on 6/20/20. I did not get my completed glasses until 8/14. Along the way I was told different stories which I later found out were just lies. When I finally got my glasses 7 weeks later, they were slightly crooked. The store adjusted them, making them much worse. I explained that I could not see out of them in

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Considine. I’ve been to see her on various occasions - she’s professional, easy to talk to and I’m always impressed with her expertise. She was able to quickly diagnose and treat a very stubborn eye issue, as well as help me pick out stylish glasses I actually want to wear in public. Highly recommend her!
