I went there for an appointment with my two children and myself I have a different insurance now the spanish girl kept arguing me down about that the rest of the staff is nice but judging from these comments Ms. Medical biller and coder has issues we all ordered new glasses it's been a month still haven't received them and I need my glasses to see at night not to mention I have a CDL my license says I'm supposed to have on glasses so that can be a pretty hefty ticket for me if a cop wants to give me a hard time after I get out glasses won't be going back

My family and I have been with them for over a decade. Recently my mother had an appointment, and she forgot to take her insurance care, since they usually have that information in file we didn't think much of it. Well, the lady in charge of billing came out to explain with a serious attitude and a very condensing tone. When I was trying to asked if they don't have that info already file, her answer was " pay cash or come back" then walked away. I can clearly see things have changed there.

So I had an appointment for one of my children age 13 I should up with both children since I had nobody to watch the other child age 12. Please tell me why they come to me telling me she can’t be in here? I had to explain myself 3 times to staff that if I left my child in the car that’s a cps case and she can’t be left home alone either.
