Do not move here, as a current resident dealing with a safety and pest concern, I’ve been desperately trying to get in contact with the property manager as well as my roommates and for 2 weeks we have yet to get any responses. Not only that, but the price for living here is not worth the experience and frustration from living here. I wish I would’ve had someone tell me not to move here.

If you're dealing with Chad at The Ponds of Naperville, he makes it as enjoyable as it possibly can be.
Chad was beyond helpful. He truly cared about our needs and our satisfaction, which was a huge change from other complexes we explored.
Our lease has been signed, and Chad is still in contact with us making sure we are satisfied with the unit, which is awesome to have that support.

It seems to be every month we have to pay something different with these people I try to talk to someone the maintenance are the people thats running the office at the present moment no one can give me a clear answer I called and called and no one’s ever in the office the maintenance is misleading he navigate the proper information he sent me off and it keeps sticking the signs on my door but there’s no one in the office it’s only the maintenance people but they can’t give me an answer about the money I don’t understand that at all but we also have something on the door but no ones in

Me and my boyfriend currently moved from TN to Illinois. Moving from old apartment to this one was a big change everything that was promised on the phone and video was obtain. The office people are very friendly and like to see their residence happy! We hesitate to move here bc of the old reviews but we can gladly say they aren’t true anymore the apartments are renovated and the staff has improved. We love it here!
