Moved in Nov 1st and with the help of Samantha and Katie it was a smooth transition. They were very nice friendly and attentive to request and needs before the move in which my family and I are very grateful for. We are loving our beautiful new home and very comfortable knowing that the next few years here will be filled with great memories.

I've stayed here for 3 years and just moved out. We'd have loved to stay much longer than just 3 years if we could... Our 3 years in Iroquois has been a major part of our life, and we stay that way.
Where else could you swim and stare at the sky while there is a full on snow storm, but feel at peace? Where else can you have things fixed in your apt within 1-2 business days without having to worry about cost?
Do zoom calls in the sweet looking lounge and feel like a million bucks?
Iroquois was that apt for us.
The apt is big enough to walk around indoor, or around outside, free coffee.. the

Honestly I absolutely love the layout of land here at the apartment complex. The community is really nice and amazing staff and amenities. I moved here in Sept of 2021 and absolutely fell in love with the Apartment and staff. I gave a 2 star review because after being here for this short amount of time, I feel like every corner you turn there is something that you can't do or that is not allowed like things as simple as hanging holiday decorations on the outside of our apartment door. For the amout of money that is paid on a monthly basis for rent I would expect to at least be able to do that much

My husband and I stayed at the apartments between 9/2018-9/2019. We experienced so many issues from the state of the appliances/plumbing/"repairs"/the parking lot/key access/ and staff. We had stayed in other complexes with similar amenities and this was the worst experience we've ever had. When we brought up our issues with staff we were either ignored or blamed for not following up with them after the original complaint. When we finally had enough and complained again over on-going/re-emerging issues we were asked why we never followed up with them, and finally fixed some of the mayor issues

The Iroquois Club Apartments is a great place to live. The office staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Katie and Yolanda made my move from a different state as easy as possible, and Katie even came in much earlier than normal office hours to deliver my keys on move-in day. The maintenance staff does an awesome job as well. I had two maintenance calls while I lived there, and both were fixed within a few hours. I would definitely recommend living at The Iroquois Club Apartments.
