Had a great experience living at Brookdale on the Park. Their maintenance is so quick that you can expect to get it fixed the same day. Staffs were mostly kind. We did initially have some ants problem (like a lot), as we were on the 1st floor, but we noticed that they were all from one small crack and ultimately plugged that with some clothes and had no ants issue ever since. Other than that, really nice neighborhood, had friendly neighbors, and really enjoyed staying here!

We were recently having issues with our dishwasher. Not only did Diego come out to service our apartment next day, but replaced the defective dishwasher in record time. We have been living here for almost 2 years now, and we can say that we have always been happy with management/maintenance team! Thanks so much!

Recently relocated from another Marquette Management property and so far so good. The front office staff is very helpful and responsive and care about the community. When I walk through the property lot and buildings I feel safe and relaxed. The maintenance team also is prompt in responding to my move in issues and concerns.

Maintenance is just amazing.. so quick and prompt.. and no doubt about the work.. all of the staff are hard working and efficient. It’s been more than 2 years and I never had to follow up for my maintenance request. On heavy snow days also the maintenance team never fail to be on their toes.. putting salt and cleaning the snow. This place is amazing to live in..
