Great place, decent location. Right across from the train station which was a huge plus. But very iffy management. Not reliable and being told "I don't work Sundays" after being promised you'll have support wasn't a good sign off. Be careful with living here but it was enjoyable

I've been a resident at Metro 59 for over 1 year and I've always asked the office to give me a 24 hour notice, in advance, anytime anyone needs to enter the unit I'm leasing; they have NEVER, ever communicated with me, that someone would be entering the unit. I'm in a new unit, and the last tenant(s) didn't take care of the place so there are Maintenance issues that have not been fixed yet, and I've been here for 1 month. Instead of the office or Maintenance actually calling me to give me PROPER notice of entry, they just come whenever they feel like it. A "heads

I have wrote a review in the past and gave Metro59 5 stars, but I wanted to write another review giving Metro59 another 5 stars. Metro59 is a long-term home for my mother and myself and we could not be prouder to be part of this community. Nicole, and the rest of the team, always go above and beyond to ensure that all residents are taken care of. We even got a call from Nicole thanking us for being residents. That has never happened to me before at other apartment complexes. I encourage everyone reading this to pass by Metro59 and take a tour. You will not be disappointed. Metro59 is the best.

Love the new safety updates in the apartment complex. As a 3 year resident in the apartment complex, I am impressed by the recent changes that are happening under Nicole's management especially the new door entry system. There are several other updates like new pet wash, updated grill, updated camera for safety and more coming this summer.
With the prime location, restaurants and shopping mall nearby, 5 min walk to station, beautiful trail around the property, luxurious amenities, included climate control garage and helpful management Metro 59 property no doubt is best place to live and under

I had a wonderful experience at metro 59.The morning after I inquired for more information on a unit, I had an email from Sabrina from the leasing staff asking what was most important to me in making a decision to move. Upon touring the property, it speaks for itself. It is conveniently located walking distance to the train and rent includes a parking spot in a heated garage! They even have luggage caddys for your convenience to help move and bring in groceries. The amenities are top notch and well kept. The buildings are secure and well maintained. Nicole and Marco welcome me and my family with open arms. Metro 59 is a great place to live maintenance is top notch anything needs fixing it is done within 24 hours. They keep the place real clean beautiful garage heated garage parking included in the rent.

Hank in the Maintenance Department at Metro 59 Apartments is a great "Mr. Fix-it" and gentleman. We feel so lucky that he is part of the Metro 59 Team. He always shows up promptly, knows exactly what to do and never leaves a mess. We had two requests the past two weeks, and both times he took the time to listen to the problems we were experiencing, and both times he sincerely wanted to solve the problems. Hi Corrine, These continued denials just tell people that your company plans to continue treating clients poorly. Very sad. I'm not sure if you are intentionally lying or if you've been given bad information.
1. Our issue of a refunded security deposit has NOT been resolved.
2. Nicole doesn't answer emails or phone calls. As I said, we've tried. In fact we had to contact Village Green mgt via Facebook before getting a response.
3. No, the expired check and envelope were dated beyond when legally due to us. Check the law that I cited.

This has been a great place to live for me. I have been here since the end of 2019. The units are and look very new with an up to date style which I like. For the single bedroom units which I was in search of there were several options available which made my decision difficult but gave me the ability to think about the layouts and what worked best for me. Personally, the extra den was a good decision as it enables me to get work done without distractions. Plus it creates a better living space environment in the main area without finding a place for a desk.

I just moved into these apartments two weeks ago, and have been in love with them every step of the process. marco assisted us and was very accommodating given the climate right now with COVID. he wore a mask, and made sure he opened all doors, cabinets, closets, etc. they really think through every detail as to ensure everyone's safety.

he even brought me treats for my dogs, which was the best display of hospitality i've ever seen. this complex is what a luxury apartment should be like.

Please stop and read. If you are looking for an apartment this is a friendly warning to not sign here if you wish to be treated as a normal human being. As a recent previous resident and seeing how the place and management function on the inside it is not a pretty picture overall. As a resident you very seldomly will be respected and only treated and as head count or a number to fill what seems to be a quota or pressure from upper village green management to fill vacant apartments. These are vacant for a reason. Do not throw your money away on this place as the new looks and value are fading

Metro 59 is a great place to live and a wonderful community to be a part of. The location of the complex is great and what is even better is that those that want to commute to downtown Chicago can easily do so since the train station is a few steps away. The management team is excellent and the maintenance team does a very good job of making sure that everything is neat and well maintained. My mother and I look forward to making this our long term home and can't wait to begin the lease renewal process when the time comes. This community is one that is lovely to live in and I would highly recommend

We are enjoying our stay at Metro 59. The community is conveniently located off route 59 that makes everything very accessible. It’s within walking distance from beautiful lake trails and is great for hiking/fishing enthusiasts.
Marco from the lease office helped us find a great apartment for our needs and made our move in safe and smooth.
We strongly recommend this community for families with young children since it has plenty of space to move around and enjoy outdoors activities.

Apartments are nice and so is the management staff, however I find very consistently that the common areas such as the lobbies, elevators, hallways and gym, etc are not cleaned, vacuumed, etc on a regular basis. And can get dirty quickly. Living in a pet friendly environment these areas should me maintained regularly and they are not. I work in the hospitality industry and hotels are maintained consistently and always look anesthetically pleasing. A cleaner environment would make me feel better about where I reside. Rental rates are not cheap and should reflect a more maintained property.

Moved into a very spacious 1 bedroom apartment almost three weeks ago and I absolutely love it here. My neighbors are quiet and the hallways are always clean!The apartment was in good condition when we moved in, and the staff was on top of everything for our move in. The property manager, Devin, even locked off an elevator for us to use for our larger items. Thank you guys for everything- especially the little gift bag we received.

While the apartments, property and location are nice the leasing office is not to be trusted. We recently had discussions around renewing our lease. They gave us our renewal rate 9 days prior to having to give notice should we decide to move (which is surprisingly earlier than what our neighbors experienced). In addition, during our negotiations around the renewal they had borderline illegal business practices as it relates to the Fair Housing Act. Live here if you chose, but beware that the leasing office and likely Village Green (Management company) is lacking in the moral compass department

My husband and I and our two fur babies have been here for 4 months now. So far so good, no complaints. The ladies in the office are super duper nice and helpful, maintenance team is amazing and super efficient. The only disappointment is the horrible quality of paint..if you touch up any area it leaves blotches and wish there was a back splash in the kitchen. Other than that we enjoy living here.

Metro59 is not a great place to live but an ok place, I was looking for a place I can stay until a decide to buy but unfortunately this is most likely a one term lease for me. I wouldn't recommend living here, there's other places in Naperville that are better for the price. I'm sure all the good reviews came from contest entries.

Stopped by to look today and the lady was with someone. But still didnt even acknowledge we were there or ask us to wait. After wondering around for 5 minutes we left. 500 Station was a much better greeting. This place is off our list.

I have lived here for just over a year with my now fiance and pup. We just renewed our lease and I could not be happier. The staff is always present, welcoming, and willing to help any way they can. The apartments are fresh and always smell and look clean. The amenities they have for dogs are great, from the park, the the potty bags behind the building, to a dog wash station in the garage .the neighbors are also great, as it has been a place to meet new people over a game of pool, poker, or at the pool. If you're considering this place between anywhere else, it's well worth the price

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the move in process. From the beginning they welcomed us and did a great job explaining everything about the apartment. We were sold when we learned about the terrace and garage parking. Lots of nice amenities and a good location. Having lived in a different local "luxury" apartment, I would recommend Metro 59.

Love love this new apartment complex. My fiancée and I have been living here for about half a year now and so glad we made the switch from tgm springbrook. Everything in the building in always clean, pool area is beautiful with a waterfall and hot tub, nice grilling and play room, our apartment is wood floors which I love and granite countertops with an open floor plan. I love how much natural lighting we get with the floor to ceiling windows. Front office is always attentive and helpful. There really isn't anything negative I can say about metro 59 at the moment. I finally feel at home.

Just moved friendly staff. Had one minor issue moving in and maintenance was right on top of it ...Awesome so far. Would definitely recommend

I recently moved into the Metro59 Apartments and I absolutely love it. I feel like I am on vacation. Very clean and super friendly. The staff is absolutely wonderful and professional. Highly recommend!!!
