At Maui Condo we continue to serve our owners and guests with the same Aloha Spirit that we shared over 20 years ago. Though our business has changed through expansion and growth our values and sense of Aloha remain. South Kihei, Maui, located between North Kihei and Wailea, has a lot to offer travelers. Four popular beach parks, Keawakapu, Kamaole I, II and III, offer great places to spend the day and relax with family, friends, or by yourself. Kihei enjoys the island's warmest and driest weather and can average warmer temperatures than other towns during your winter vacations. Downtown Kihei is just 11.5 miles from the Kahului Airport (Maui's main airport), which is less than half the distance from the airport to Lahaina. Staying in North Kihei will put you close to Kealia Pond National Wildlife Refuge, the Maui Ocean Center, and Maalaea Bay.
Travelers will be required to upload their CDC-issued vaccination record card to the state's Safe Travels Program website and have the card within them upon arrival. Failure to do so will result in a mandatory 10-day quarantine.

Terrible experience! We stayed at a condo from December 4-11, 2021. The photos of the unit looked amazing on Maui Condo and Home website. We were shocked and disappointed to see the very dated and soiled unit. Multiple carpet stains, bed linens were torn and crumpled,
shower was ancient and stained with a filthy shower head. Many other unpleasant surprises in the unit. Small but irritating issues, like the drawers didn’t close properly - such an easy fix. We called to try to get moved to another unit, but were told we knew what we were getting because photos were on line and would lose our money

Do NOT rent from them. There is no QA of their rentals. When we arrived at Sugar Beach Resort we had rented unit 520. It was gross. The carpet was filthy. It had carpet tacs exposed in between tile. My wife stepped on one and cut her foot open. The furniture was dirty. When we called Maui Condo and Home Rental to complain they said someone would call back. When we didn't receive one we went to their office. They said oh we are sorry. We will look at it when you check out. Really??? Did not offer anything as compensation. Again do NOT rent from them.

I rented a unit through VRBO that was managed by this company and they were terrible! I arrived for check in at 6PM and no one was there to give us any directions or provide a parking pass. We called all of their numbers, including after hours number and no one picks up. On our last day they changed the door code on us prior to our check out time and we were locked out with all of our belongings inside the unit.... again, no one on site to help us and we had to wait on a phone call for a real person to pick up and finally let us in. The people who are organizing the reservations are terrible. The condo I rented was old, outdated and the bathroom was disgusting. For sure these rental homeowners know the condition of the unit but still rent it out at a high price. Maintanence guy Austin was awesome, however these guys who do the reservations just throw all the problems to him, and he actually did a better customer service than the guys who just sits in the office answering the phone.

Please please please! stay away from this unit. They have outdated appliances in the condo. We've had multiple maintenance issues during our 7 days stay. Refrigerator was partially broken. Washer/Dryer was very loud and noisy. Useless AC - temperature was restricted up to 72F. Bedroom is very hot. No window ventilation.
Toilet tank/flush was in poor condition. We had to make in between service request to make it work properly. They blamed us for lifting the tank as if there was a hidden treasure inside it which we wanted to search for!!! It was impossible to use the toilet till

Our family rented a 4th floor unit at Kamaole Sands in Kihei, Maui in building 6 from April 23 to May 2nd. We've stayed here before and it was nice. This time we discovered that the unit directly below us is getting a major remodel and is going through demolition. It's like living above someone who drills with a jack hammer all day. Called Maui Condo and home and they tell me they have no responsibility at all. So if you want to do business with a low integrity company these are your guys. Not only not helpful they seemed to not even care. Highly recommend avoiding them if you can

We were so disappointed with Maui condo & home. We rented at Kihei Surfside through them. They didn’t reply to emails & don’t answer their phones! Checkin was at 4:00 - but they didn’t give us the door code until 4:20! The room was clean & ready at 1:30!!!!! Never again would we book through them.

We stayed at Sugar Beach Resort Unit#227 from 2-13-2020 to 2-18-2020, 5 night stay for $2,237. The view from the lanai was amazing, that is the only positive thing to mention about the unit we stayed in. The mattress should have been replaced years ago, it had 2 deep ruts in it making for a very uncomfortable stay. Same goes for the nasty carpet that had ripples/waves in it 1.5 inches high. The vents in the bathroom over the shower had clumps of dirt blowing out. Spider webs on walls and corners that were well established. Very old, uncomfortable and smelly couch that was sat in by us one time

I booked a condo from Maui Condo and Home on VRBO.com. My reservation got confirmed. Maui Condo and Home billed me for the full amount and charged my credit card. Maui Condo and Home then sent me a receipt showing paid in full. Two days later they cancelled my reservation because they wanted me to pay 3X the rate they agreed to. Meanwhile I already booked my flight to match my condo stay, now I can not even get a lower rate for combining my hotel and air. The customer service was aweful!

Maui Condo and Home was so helpful in setting up our vacation condo. After searching the internet (for way to long) I came across a condo that was listed under this group. I realized that the internet special had expired so I called (crazy I know). The woman I spoke with was so helpful and was able to book me into the Maui Vista unit #3421. Not only did she give me a special rate ($300) cheaper than the cheapest AirBnb or other, but she also put us in a really nice unit. #3421 was our home for a week and it had everything we needed. I would NEVER rent thru Maui Condo and Homes again. First and last time. Regardless that the reason why we got a wicked deal on the property (sale 40% off), never again. Our arrival date was October 18, 2019. The reason why I rented this unit was that there was a washer/dryer in the unit. When we arrived, I walked in to see a green post-it note on the washer, "Washer Broken - management company notified 10/8/2019". Everything went perfectly. The condo at Maui Parkshore #312 was more than we could ask for. I was waiting for a "catch" but there was none. Very homey, clean, and upgraded unit. The only thing someone mentioned, there was no ac, but it was fine for me. We were out and about during the hottest times of the day and cooled off in the pool in the evening. Would stay again and referring to friends.

STAY AWAY. By far, the WORST customer service and experience of my life.
We spent over $1,000 dollars on a property for a Maui vacation. We arrive at our condo to shortly discover the unit directly above us is undergoing a complete renovation.
We have a 3 month old baby who was horrified and terrified of the jack hammering and insanely loud banging from overhead.
It literally sounded like the ceiling was going to collapse on top of us. The manager was rude, passive aggressive and told us she could only give us a 10% discount or we could pack everything up and move.

Maui Condo and Home was very easy to deal with and they went out of our way to make our reservation work for us as we were staying in two different units this trip. Booking was simple, payment easy and secure.
Since this was the second unit we were staying in, the cleaning staff allowed us to move our fridge items in very early....extremely helpful.
The unit itself left basically everything to be desired. While it was very clean (props to the staff) the unit was severely out of date and the absolute most basic place we've stayed at and seen in this complex. We have

We booked to stay at the Wailea condos but they put us at these condos which were cheaper and insisted that it was an upgrade. Austin, lying to your customers is completely unacceptable. We are in the sticks, far away from the rest of the bridal party. If you look online, it is NOT an upgrade. The managers keep insisting this is an upgrade.

In short: condo was not clean, a used razor and bloody washcloth was left in the bathroom, and no one answered my calls when I showed up and the door code didn't work. I had to wait four hours and no one even called me back.
TIP: unlike many places where you can show up earlier then the designated check in and be fine, this company does not accommodate that. The door has a keypad and apparently your emailed code won't be active until the designated check-in time. Don't think that calling them will do any good. They won't answer the phone.
