Services
Kihei Kai offers comfortable and completely furnished one bedroom condos that can accommodate up to four people each. Most have an ocean view from their own private lanai and present a range of Hawaiian motifs. The resort is a nonsmoking facility with designated smoking areas. All condos have fully equipped electric kitchens complete with microwave, full size appliances, air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, and high speed cable internet.
Late check out option may be available and will be charged an additional night at the current nightly rate. Prices based on 2 person occupancy. A $10 charge per night, per additional occupant over 2 years of age will be added to the per diem rate. Additional guests found occupying a condo NOT PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED with Rental Management shall be subject to a $50 fee per night, per additional occupant, added to the daily per diem rate.

Perfect home away from home stocked with everything you need but food. Short walk past the gardenias to the beach. Nice sandy beach with no coral or lava rocks to worry about even in the water.
Starting at the Kahului Airport there are various routes to get to Kihei Kai, each around a 9 mile, or 20 minute drive. Exit the airport keep left toward Keolani Place (Passing Krispy Kreme on your right and Costco on your left). Continue straight through the traffic light and make a left onto Hana Highway just passed KMart.

Even thru the storm and mud you fill at home. Guest are all welcoming. Andy the ground keeper worked daily to get the place back to normal. From our first day to our last the place looked better each day. Thanks for the memories. The most relaxing and restful trip we’ve had. Highly recommend this place.

An excellent location - a nice beach with great views that is fairly calm for swimming and floating, and centrally located making it most convenient to get to any part of the island. The condo we had (#20) was perfect for the 2 of us. The porch had a table for eating outside, and chairs and end table for enjoying a drink while listening to the ocean. They call this condo a partial ocean view, but you really can only see a sliver of the ocean if you stand in the right spot. We always brought our breakfast, evening appetizers, or dinner down to the community tables or lawn chairs for a full ocean

We were super impressed with this place. It is meticulously maintained. The staff were superbly kind and helpful. The location was perfect for us. It was nice to walk right out onto the beach to watch the sunrise and sunset each day. The kids loved the pool and the cat Smokey. If we go back to Maui we will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed in unit #4 the unit was on the first level upstairs was extremely loud and it wasn't really their fault, the ceiling creaked with every footstep, extremely annoying when you are trying to sleep. The air-conditioning had oodles of mold in both of them, not good for your health, there is no ocean view its out to the right. It's ok for the money I guess but the mold was concerning.

I didn't get many pics of the inside of the condo, but it was just perfect! Had a full kitchen, livingroom, bedroom and bathroom; everything you need! The staff was very accommodating and friendly! The beach was literally a hop, skip and a jump away. You had ample space to lay out and sunbathe and could jump into the ocean whenever you felt necessary. Within walking distance to a local store and farmers market, which was nice!
