GREAT INVESTMENT FOR NOT A LOT OF $ -- Pick up a copy of Maui Revealed at either Costco or Walmart. While their reviewers can be down right cranky if things don't go their way -- making some of their restaurant reviews way off base -- this book is a great overall guide, and will point you in the right direction for great hiking, driving roads, activities, and beaches.

Check HomeAway & VRBO reviews. They say they welcome feed back but the minute you leave an honest (bad) review Sherry is quick to bash you. And her response our to bad review was exaggerated and untruthful. She obviously took it personal even though we said she was kind in our review. I do not recommend her or their Kihei home. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere if you want a good experience and a stress free vacation and deposit refund. We also rented through another vacation rental company the week before renting Sherry’s Kihei home and had zero problems or complaints about them or from

Aloha, I just want to say that my stay in Kihei at one of the Maui Tropical Rentals was excellent, the condo was extremely clean, organized, the balcony had an ocean view. We had towels, fresh linens, beach chairs, beach balls, boogie boards and much more. Sherry was super nice, honest and always available for any questions we may had. I 200% recommend Maui Tropical Rentals for your vacation stay in Maui.
