Our Villa is in more private section of Penthouse Building-not in front of family pool area.* Luxury garden and corridor-ocean view villa with 2 & 1/2 bedrooms and 2 baths. NEW-The den has a beautiful Hawaiian daybed with lots of pillows. This room can be closed off with shutters and louvred doors for privacy if needed OR you are able to open this space up.
Enjoy your spacious two bedroom, two bath Maui condo located directly across from Kihei's largest and nicest beach. Each unit offers a shoji sliding door separating that bedroom from the living room to offer privacy and comfort for your stay. All condos are fully equipped with kitchens, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and color television.
What's best about Kamaole Sands? Pools surrounded by cooling trees and palms? Wading pools that soothe and pacify? Or having Kihei's finest beach 100 feet from the entrance? We had a week long trip scheduled over spring break (mid-April 2020) and with the outbreak of the Coronavirus and the request for social distancing, we inquired about the flexibility to extend their 30 day cancellation policy. We were told there would not be any exceptions so we decided to cancel our condo. They didn't even wave the $140 booking fee. I think how companies act today, will dictate their future when we come out of this. This is not a company I would recommend supporting in the future.

We’d like to give you six stars if we could! Thank you for the great upgrade at no extra cost, dining every evening in a presence of a beautiful Sunset over the Pacific Ocean. Also thank you for being able to extend our stay for another three days, after my wife broke her arm on our very last day of our stay. Already prior to this accident we had decided we’ll be returning to the Maui Sunset again in a near future. Nice and clean condos on well kept property located right on the Ocean shore, is a great value for the money spent.

My sister and I planned a one week vacation together for our two families. This morning I booked room 205B through HomeAway.ca and Kumulani Vacations & Realty. The same morning my sister paid for another condo in Haleakala Shores for her family. A few hours later Kumulani emailed to say that the owners of our condo want to stay there for the same dates as us so they cancelled the reservation without asking. They offered us a condo in a neighbouring resort. They are unwilling to pay the $250 cancellation fee for my sister’s condo so that she can move over to the new resort. We are now forced to

Thank you so much for one of the best stays in Maui! The updated condo was very comfortable, the garden/ocean view and nightly sunsets were breathtaking, the pool was refreshing, and the location was perfect!
