Through our tenant portal you have access to up to date income and expense information, maintenance history, profit and loss statements.

Services
We offer full Property Management services for one low fee of 8 percent of the collected rent. There is no fee while your property is vacant. We focus significant effort on timely rent collection and ensuring tenants understand the need to pay rent on time, every month. We distribute owner proceeds promptly within 5 days of rent receipt via direct deposit or standard check.

My family and I worked with this company (Steve in particular) in order to help us find a townhouse to live in, in the Federal Hill area (Baltimore). The viewing and lease agreement went smoothly, but unfortunately, right before we moved in COVID-19 devastated the economy. I live in a lovely and unique apartment building in the heart of Federal Hill located in the Riverside section.Thanks to Quality Home Property Management, I was able to find this great space and make it my home. I have more than a positive experience. 1401 Battery Avenue apartments are not only safe but each unit is very clean and have been recently updated. Our property manager, Steve, is always available and any issues that arise are dealt with and resolved almost immediately.
