Jordan Levine was born and raised in Maryland. After earning a finance degree at Northeastern University, Jordan began managing his family's real estate and retail holdings. Gaining valuable industry experience, he enrolled in the Edward St. John School of Real Estate at Johns Hopkins University and earned his master's degree in Real Estate.

I wanted to thank Amanda from Pelican Property Management for delivering outstanding service. I called in on a Friday, and Amanda was responsive to my needs as a customer. She asked just the right amount of questions needed to assist me. She did not interrogate me and make me feel like I was wrong for asking about a late charge. Amanda was courteous, friendly, and attentive throughout the duration of the call. Not only that, I had a follow up question and she directed me EXACTLY where I needed to go. I love Pelican Property Management for picking such a hardworking, friendly, and lovely employee

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Pelican is the worst property management company around. Please avoid at all cost as they're rude, provide zero customer service and don't care about the residents in the communities they manage. Only hire this management company if they're the only one around as my recommendation is to stay away like the plague.

I have been living in my condo since 1992. First time since then have we ever had a management company run so professional and efficient!! If there is a problem it is handled immediately. We receive news letters frequently so we are always well informed as to what’s going on not only in the development but also in the community.I highly recommend Pelican... not only are they professional but extremely friendly as well!

This company is terrible!!!!! I have been emailing and filling out reports since October 2020 to have a property issue addressed and nothing. I received one response from a Michelle Alexander to my initial report in October, a “hey we received your concern” response, but nothing addressing the concerns, no action towards the concerns, not an ounce of information. This is the WORST property management I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!
