One of the most important things that an individual or corporation expects from the management company is regular and timely reporting on a set schedule. With that in mind we work on a base reporting schedule focused on the 15th of every calendar month. It is at that time of the month that we prepare and mail reports to our clients detailing the actual collections since the previous reports were sent out.
