Dr. Robert Rouhani graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree (DDS) from Howard University in Washington D.C. Dr. Rouhani regularly participates in courses to improve his craft utilizing modern techniques and materials. His ability to render comprehensive care, while being especially sensitive to the needs of phobic patients, sets him apart from his colleagues.

So Dr. Rouhani is absolutely the finest dentist I have ever gone to. He is so very skilled- and also so interested in his patients and very compassionate. Cindy- the office manager - is such a delight and always very helpful. I can’t say enough about the entire staff - all wonderful. I don’t want to leave anyone out - so not naming everyone. I recommend Smile Concepts - the BEST!!

I hope this doesn't reflect badly on my social life but I actually look forward to my trips to Smile Concepts. Friendly, cheerful and extremely competent. Dr Rouhani and his staff have nursed me through some major dental trauma. Trauma that was the result of lesser dental practitioners. He listens to your issues, and is ready to solve them. If it is a problem outside his scope , he can call on highly skilled specialists who can solve the problem. Believe me because I've done it all with him. Highly recommend Smile Concepts.

Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable at Smile Concepts. Even though I’m going to the dentist, I always feel happier leaving the office. You can tell that everyone enjoys working here. My experience with Smile Concepts was excellent! Not only was the dental hygienist very thorough with my dental cleaning, she provided some valuable tips for me to do in between cleaning appointments.
I found the dentist to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful in providing a program specifically for my needs. His sense of humor also was much appreciated.

Great experience. I, like many others, don’t exactly enjoy going to the dentist but the visit was awesome. The office is in an industrial center and was clean and decorated nicely. The hygienist was quick and personable and the Doctor had a good sense of humor, was honest, and practical. I made a follow up for some fillings in a few weeks and I’m not dreading it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dental office.

Dr Robert Rouhani is exceptional. I discovered Smile Concepts when in need of a 2nd opinion. I have always had good teeth and suddenly my dentist sent me home with a big list of needs and it was thousands of dollars after Delta insurance. Dr Rouhani looked at my estimate and after examining me, he said about 1/2 of this you don't need and the… things you do need, they are grossly overcharging you. I made the right move becoming a patient at Smile Concepts! My smile looks better than ever. He is meticulous and quite entertaining with a great sense of humor.

I absolutely love this place! Haven't gone since I moved to Arizona, and I'm not afraid of dentist naturally. But this dentist went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, he's very personable, all of the people that work there are kind and happy and so excited to make you feel the best that you can! As long as I live here I don't think I will go anywhere else and I definitely don't trust any other dentist to remove my first cavity!

ToothSaver! LifeSaver! My son got one of his adult front teeth knocked out playing baseball, we called the office, got ahold of the after hours/emergency contact person, who got in contact with Dr. Rouhani right away. Dr. Rouhani was ready to meet us in 30 minutes, mind you it was 8pm. We are beyond grateful! Dr. Rouhani secured the tooth to the other teeth and reinforced the under side to help try and keep it alive. Dr. Rouhani is the MOST CARING dentist ever! He is our forever dentist! Oh yeah, the cost was unbelievably cheap, less than $200 to meet us at 8pm at night, spend an hour with us,

I'm so glad I found Dr. Rouhani. He and his staff are such pros. I was so afraid of going to the dentist that I delayed going for years. I had tooth pain and thought it's time to finally go. I ended up getting a lot of fillings (not on the painful tooth) and now I am going regularly for cleanings. Dr. Rouhani is really friendly, and was really empathetic about my dentist fears. Highly recommended.

Dr. Rouhani and his staff are the absolute BEST! My kids love coming to the dentist and actually ask if they we can go visit Dr. Rouhani even when we don't have appointments. Dr. Rouhani is the best! When I moved to Arizona several years ago, I asked numerous people for suggestions for a dentist, and they all recommended Smile Concepts! I love the staff, the expert care, and the amazingly professional communication at all steps. Dr. Rouhani, who sometimes endangers his fingers by telling me jokes mid-appointment, has done awesome work on keeping my teeth healthy and pearly white.
