In May of 2016, Bulldog Prep Academy, LLC was established with the goal of providing quality childcare and education to PreK and school aged children in the community of Newville, Pennsylvania and the surrounding area. Since our opening, our program has grown to include several programs that provide education and care to ages 2 years through 5th grade.
Programs are offered year round and are designed to provide children with a variety of age appropriate social and educational activities that will engage them at a developmentally appropriate level. Bulldog Prep Academy offers several different educational and care programs to families within the Newville area and the Big Spring School District. Our programs are designed to provide an elite level of care and education that is individualized to meet the needs of each family and their child.
All of the curriculum and activities are developed in-house and focus on a themed, hands-on approach to learning that is differentiated to meet and challenge your child.All activities meet Pennsylvania Early Learning Standards. Additional paperwork will be provided to you upon confirmation of your child's acceptance into the academy.

Bulldog Prep Academy offers 5 day, 3 day, and 2 day Preschool learning sessions to help children social emotional and basic academic skills that they will need as a foundation to more advanced learning. Our curriculum is themed based, with a daily focus on play, group learning centers as well as whole group social and educational activities.
Bulldog Prep Academy offers a 5 day, 3 Day, and 2 Day Before and After School Care as well as 5 Day, 3 Day, and 2 Day School Age Educational Support Programs for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade within the Big Spring School District. Snack will be provided to After Care students. If your child is enrolled in Before Care and will be eating breakfast while at the program, you are required to provide cereal ONLY for your child.
Bulldog Prep Academy offers Summer Sessions for children 2 years old through 5th Grade. Summer Sessions offer a variety of activities that focus on providing the children with opportunities to explore through STEAM, social studies, history, unique experiences and opportunities and many different outdoor summertime traditions.
Substitute Teachers are responsible for supervising and caring for children 4 years through 6 years of age. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting the lead teacher with facilitating learning activities, preparing materials for daily lessons, serving snack and lunch, performing daily cleaning tasks to maintain the facility, interacting with and assisting the children as needed and working with the other staff as a team.
