It has since grown to be the largest towing company in the county with 20 trucks in its fleet and a staff of 30 people to get our community off the road and safely to their destination.

When you need towing service in Kitsap County, put your trust in Kitsap Towing. We handle all types of vehicles with attention and care to ensure every detail is managed. Our light duty towing assistance is always done properly to protect your vehicle from any damage. We use the most up to date technology, including wheel lifts and dollies, to minimize any risk to your vehicle.
Getting on base can be a little difficult at times, but there is no need to worry because we have your back! We have drivers who can jump in your rig and drop or pick up the load for you. Please see our agreement for rates and conditions. We recommend getting base moves started as early in the day as possible.
Call your insurance, even if you believe you're not at fault your insurance needs to know. You'll want to make sure you have gotten any personal belongings out of the vehicle, and then give us a verbal release for your insurance or repair facility to tow it out. We will need a copy of your ID, and a handwritten statement releasing the vehicle or items to you.
Private property impounds are just one of the many services we offer. We like to keep you and your property safe! If you have our signs up all you need to do is have one of your authorized signers call in and be present during the time of pickup. Don't have our signs up? Don't worry, we still have your safety in mind.

Returning from airport after picking up my 83 yr old mom from NM on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 to spend Christmas on the Olympic Peninsula, my car turned 250k miles outside of Silverdale and tyranny acted up. My insurance company, Port Townsend Allstate, recommended Kitsap Towing. Found them to be exceptionally communicative and prompt. Our driver, Kevin H. #113 was exceptionally kind and helpful. He was so accommodating with my mom. You're a good man Kevin!!!

I had a little accident when it came to a snow day, so my car was no longer safe to drive. The sherriff called Kitsap towing for me, because i was rattled at the thought of my first real accident. Jay showed up right on time and was very quick to find a way to get me and my car somewhere safe. He even gave me a ride back to base. My only concern is that he didn't leave me with contact information to find my car. Luckily, their website has a quick and easy car lookup by license plate or vin to find where they stashed it. All in all, a very good experience for my first accident.

I was stuck in a friends gravel driveway this past weekend and after dealing with my insurance companies towing option for more than 3 hours my friend recommended Kitsap Towing. OMG I was soooo relieved when I called and they immediately told me they could get someone out to me in 30 minutes, no problem. If I could rate above 5 stars I would! Although I do not remember the name of the young woman who answered the phone at Kitsap Towing... I do remeber Kevin my tow operator. Both were patient and kind. After multuple calls (caused by an EPIC FAIL on the part of my mechanic), Kevin arrived on time... not once but twice. He was funny, courteous, obliging, and most important to me, empathetic.

Ohhh, what would we have down without Kitsap Towing and Kevin H (#113)?? We had problems relocating an old camper out of our driveway and needed professional help, like for real. My insurance company set us up with another local towing company and they were really unprofessional and didn't have great communication about our issue or their arrival. Eventually, we got paired up with Kitsap Towing and Kevin showed up to save the day. He was really friendly on the phone and in person and didn't make us feel bad about the problem. He worked his magic with the truck and we moved our camper

I got myself in a little predicament with my car. I called this company to help me out. From the moment I spoke to the dispatcher, I felt I had made the right choice. Scheduled a AAA towing of my car today. Kitsap Towing got the call and stayed in touch with me, all the way to their actual arrival. My driver was Keven H. #113. He was very polite, he let me know he would take care of everything and get my car to it's destination. I had my car towed by "Kevin H. 113" (as he wrote it on his card). Completely satisfied by and grateful for his efforts. He talked to my kids' grandmother on the phone to setup the tow, and after he dropped the car off to me she texted me and asked me if he was as nice in person as he was on the phone. Definitely was. My son was excited to watch him work and had all kinds of questions for Kevin, who was terrific with both of my children's interest in what he was doing. Very personable and respectful. Kitsap Towing came through when the original company canceled the job after 30 minutes. KT said they'd arrive within an hour. They arrived in 30 minutes. The driver was excellent, very professional, and very friendly. I was broke down on Highway 305 just across the Agate Pass bridge on Bainbridge Island. Very dangerous shoulder.

On Saturday I was notified that I had a truck stuck on Bainbridge Island with what appeared to be a dead battery. Being located in Kent we started looking for help in that area. I called Progressive for road side assistance and within 10 minutes Kitsap Towing sent me a maximum ETA of 90 minutes. One minute later they called me to confirm. 13 minutes later, my driver Kevin H. 113 called me and offered to give me a ride home before taking our car to the shop. He arrived 15 minutes later. I was rolling toward home less than 40 minutes after I made the initial request. Kevin was friendly and fast, and I had a nice time visiting with him. Great service!

I needed a tow today. I was dumb and ran out of gas. Kevin brought me some gas to try so I wouldn't need a tow. It wasn't quite enough especially with thr angle of my truck. He hooked up and got me to a gas station to fill up but still took me home just in case. Great experience for a bad situation. Thank you!

Called and they took my information and said it would be about 90 minutes. Only took about 45 minutes and the driver called and said he was almost there. Nice guy and took the truck to the drop off location very quickly. Was a bit pricy for 5 miles but I'm not complaining. Would definitely recommend.

Still waiting for the tow truck, 50 minutes from where he started and two hours later I am still waiting for the tow truck . The dude probably took his dinner break and could care less about me stranded on the highway!
