My wife's car had a flat tire and no spare, so we called roadside assistance from Safeco and Lang's towing was assigned. They took almost 3 hours to get there and initially we gave one address but the place was closed, so we had to modify the address where they had the tire, which was about the same milage. Since the car was in a ramp, the driver had to take 520 bridge and crossed back, paying tolls both ways. Highly recommend Cesar and Lang Towing!
My wive's 2021 MB GLS450 was stuck in garage with auxiliary battery issue, that failed to start the vehicle and turn transmission into N. Through MB Roadside assist I requested a towing to local MB dealership. Initially, they sent a tow truck that wasn't equipped properly in order to pull the car off the garage without damaging either car or the garage itself.
On another attempt, MB found the right vendor, Lang Towing, and they sent the tow car suitable to make this job done.

After being quoted a price over the phone of $564 (weekend rate) to get my towed car back or
$454 (weekday rate), I ended up paying $562! The fellow on the phone neglected to inform me
that the $62 was a DAILY storage rate, even though I asked several times and even phoned back
to double check. If I had been given correct info by phone, I would have gone earlier and saved
near $150.
Dishonest? Perhaps, certainly sub-standard.
Poor, questionable communication by all Lang employees with whom I dealt? Yes.
Lousy customer service? Yes.
They also had incorrect office hours and other obsolete postings

My car will not turn over and was parked on the street outside my apartment. I have CarMax MaxCare so I was able to book a tow through them. As soon as my tow service was assigned to me, they called to tell me they were on their way - great! Then they called back to ask for directions. So frustrated!!! After confirming my car had to be towed on a flatbed, I received a call from a driver (an hour later) who did not have a flatbed and said he didn't know anything about that instruction. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DO NOT USE - EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND UNHAPPY CUSTOMER: I am experiencing unacceptable customer service currently from this towing company. They towed my car to a body shop. You set appointments with me 2 or 3 times and didn't show each time. And I had an appointment with one of my clients I finally had to cancel and reschedule for this Saturday. I couldn't keep telling her you were going to be longer than expected one more time. I think even she was getting frustrated by my circumstances. They took my work vehicle from an assigned spot that was given too me too me by the luma condominiums office for my customers condo. I called they said the police otherized it called seattle pd they had no involvement . I'D CALL SOMEONE ELSE FOR ANY AND ALL TOWING JOBS, WORST TOWING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD.
Driver ARGUED with me about whether my car was towable due to being all wheel drive (turns out it was). He was COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT, I could not believe they let him behind the wheel of semi heavy machinery. My driver had NO mechanical awareness... but he had really COOL HAIR and a SHARP ATTITUDE. So ya know, I guess you just run the risk of getting one of their USELESS employees when you call. I'd recommend just not calling them and save yourself a headache, time and money. Way to go Lang

The driver attempted to double bill me when I had already pre-paid the additional $82 for the miles over what insurance covered over the phone through my insurance company. Luckily insurance sent me an email receipt I showed the driver. I seriously doubt they didn't know it was already paid by the insurance company when dispatched by them. Definitely seemed like the driver was knowingly attempting to scam me into paying twice.

Very hard to understand dispatcher. I was quoted 100.00 and once it was on the truck it was 150.00 I listened to the recording and you can hear that I stated what I heard was 100 and they cut the recording off before you can hear the dispatcher say yes. I would not have minded if I actually understood what I would be charged not this guy can barley take an accurate address even if you spell it out for him. Driver was nice and helpful but overall I felt bait a switched. CALL others first!!!!!! Will not recommenced or return!!!!

Don't block my driveway again or I'm calling the cops. You treat this neighborhood like it's your own personal parking lot, and it's pretty annoying. Awesome service went above and beyond! My car got hit by potholes in North Cascade National Park and its oil pan was messed up, so I had to leave my car in the National Forest while waiting for a tow. My insurance company arranged Lang Towing to help in the early morning, and Muhammad from Lang Towing responded quickly, drove all the way up to North Cascade mountains to get my car out of the unpaved road near the trailhead. My motorcycle rear tire exploded high in the mountains. Great people stopped and gave us a ride down to the valley where the network coverage was so I could call GEICO roadside assistance. They arranged me a Lang Towing truck.I called him and explained everything - that bike is very heavy (it is 800 lbs, I told them 1000 lbs to overestimate it), it is hour away in the mountrains, rear tire busted. They didn't really care. I called the driver - he didn't understand almost anything.

Due to being a Geico member, I didn't get a choice. These guys took 3.5 hours to get to me, yes I said 210 minutes. When they got there, it was a whole big commotion and I had to assist.
Not my idea of a great time, and having to help made it even worse.

Big waste of time. Geico roadside sent these guys, they took 2 hrs to respond, 30 min past their stated ETA. These guys didn't even try to move my car. Calls to Lange were handled by a ESL person who didn't understand what I was trying to explain to them. Sent wrong truck, no chains on truck in heavy snow.
The driver balked when he saw my car, said his truck wouldn't be able to do it without getting stuck. Told me to just wait until the snow was gone.
Since the snow is supposed to last several days, this was not real useful advice.
