Absolutely terrible! I ordered the deluxe from Pro Flowers for Mother’s Day to be delivered Friday. Delivered a day earlier a group of flowers that I wouldn’t have paid $10 for, much less $75! Boquet was less than 12 inches high and 6 inches wide. RIP OFF! Trying to get a refund but they won’t answer their phone!

DONT NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I ordered over $100 worth of flowers and they were 2 B delivered on V day and given 2 my wife N person at her job. Instead they delivered them at a time when she wasnt there. By the time she arrived at work they had been picked through by several other employees. 5 roses out of the dozen were gone. 2 out the 3 balloons were going flat and barely floated. Then on top of that one of them wasn't even the balloon I chose. When I spoke 2 the owner she was quite rude and snappy until I explained what happened. Then she was a little bit understandable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! We used them for our wedding. My wife coordinated everything that was needed with a lady that worked there and then my wife gets a call from the owner Kim wanting to go over everything again because she just found out the lady my wife was working with was stealing from her. Then not long after that the same lady that was being accused of stealing calls my wife again to coordinate everything again. During the whole coordination process, it seemed like nothing was written down and there was no paper work. The original price that was finally agreed upon was $280

I called from Maryland on NEW YEARS EVE DAY and ordered a $150 birthday bouquet for my Mom's 80th birthday to be delivered that day. The super nice lady on the phone guaranteed me that they would get them there. I was pretty skeptical that that would happen given that it was New years Eve day. Not only did they arrive within 3 hours of placing the order, but the bouquet is stunningly beautiful!! Thank you so very much for making a tough day much happier.

DO NOT do business with Nana's Place! This was the worst experience I have ever had with a vendor. First, I had gotten several calls having to repeat my order because either they forgot it or they needed to "transfer my order to another designer" (another way to ask what my order was). When my wedding day came around, they over delivered FIVE extra bouquets and charged me EIGHT times the amount!! As many brides know... your wedding day is very busy, so I was preoccupied when the flowers were delivered, so I was unaware until it was too late. The flowers I ordered for my mom for Mother's Day were the wrong kind when they were delivered. I let the delivery guy know and they were taken back to be replaced. They came back a second time wrong again because they were out of the main flower that was supposed to be in the bouquet. It was a really disappointing thing to have happen since they could've called me to come down there and work something else out. Also one of the few roses that were in the arrangement was snapped in half and hanging over the edge of the glass. I basically spent over 80 dollars for flowers that were somewhat damaged
