I ordered flowers for my husbands grandmothers funeral. Paid $196. They were told exactly what standing spray I wanted. I got to the funeral home and the flowers looked NOTHING like what I wanted. I called and spoke to Virginia. She advised me that she seen that the flowers I ordered were supposed to have purple flowers. I even made sure when I called to order that they had purple. I know with COVID a lot of florists are having trouble. The gentleman I spoke to the day I ordered them assured me that they would. She asked me to send her a picture of what was delivered. I've ordered several arrangements from this florist with no issues, they charge a small premium but if they actually get it right I'm okay with it. I ordered my Mother some flowers for Mother's Day and not only did they not deliver them they never even bothered to call and inform me that they were not being delivered. I contacted them three times and was either ignored or blown off on the first two on the third I got the manager and they are going to attempt to deliver the flowers or so they claim three days late since they evidently made a mistake. This location has a lady that is horrible! My wife sent me flowes. They sent the wrong ones. When she called to see about correcting the issue the lady not only cursed muktiple times at my wife but tried to act like it was our fault she screwed the order up. I wrote their corporate office. But this site is tereible. Only order from the pennslyvania ave location. The camp bowie is full of worthless idiots whom cuss at customers. (Must be californians that moved here)

I received an orchid arrangement with 3 green plants. The ivy was nearly drowned and looked bad. It has been 2 weeks since receiving it and the soil is just getting dry. At least 75% is now dead, and it's hard to kill an ivy. I sent an email with a reference 5 days ago and still no response. I wasn't surprised about no response. A few years ago, they delivered a similar arrangement and left it on my front porch, not even making sure someone was home, or even taking it back to the store. There was a freeze that night, so of course the whole mixture of plants and orchid died. No response

I will never use this location again. Extremely untrustworthy service. I went in on a Thursday afternoon (after 4pm, they stop same day delivery mind you at 1pm) to have flowers delivered that very next day, Friday, and gave a specific time frame that they needed to be delivered. Spent a fair amount on flowers, gave specific details. The associate set the delivery as the day I was there to order them (Thursday as the delivery which they do not even delivery past 1pm on same day), therefore my flowers were never delivered that next day, Friday. I called 3 different times throughout the day Friday

Yesterday my mother and I went to this florist to order flowers for my grandfathers funeral. We have ordered from Gordon Boswell many times in the past and have had great results, until today. We asked for a funeral arrangement in a vase with white roses and white orchids and we pointed to a large arrangement in the window they had for display (priced at $95). We also ordered two boutonnieres. For these two things we were charged $150. We were told that the boutonnieres would be ready for pick up at 8am this morning and the flowers would be delivered to the church for the funeral at 10am. When

I made the (rookie) mistake of ordering flowers through an Online store. Luckily Gordon Boswell was the delivering florist. The Online 'florist' shorted my order by almost half! Boswell's manager Erica saved the day by making good on the order and has now earned a customer for life!!

I needed to send flowers to a funeral home in Fort Worth. I live in Dallas. I did what I typically do, which is to Google florists near the location I need them to go to and I call them up directly. I will usually read reviews first as well so I know it is a reputable florist. I lived in FW 30+ years ago so when I saw Gordon Boswelll I remembered they were a good florist way back when so I didn't look them up on yelp. Big mistake. We sent my mother, mother in law and grandmother bouquets for Mother's Day. We asked for nice arrangements and paid $80+ per arrangement and are completely embarrassed by the arrangement that were sent. I wish I could attach the pictures as it's almost comically horrible. Literally three daiseys with leafs. No baby's breath or anything. They are completely taking advantage of people in mothers day!!!!! We have historically had account with this company but I absolutely refuse to let my husband order from them again. COMPLETELY EMBARRASSING!!!!

I was supposed to recieve a dozen roses for my birthday,they never got delivered! As of yet my husband still hasnt got credited back the $113.00 he spent on roses that were never delivered. He did recieve an apology however,but it was too little too late. We will never use this florist again and will be sure to spread the word to everybody we come in contact with. Gordon Boswell at 6202 Camp Bowie Blvd is NOT the place to go if you want a loved one to recieve flowers for a special occasion!

We came into Gordon Boswell the day before my Grandad's funeral needing a very elegant display. The florist was able to quickly and easily come up with the desired look we were wanting. They said they could have it ready first thing in the morning for delivery. We ended up picking it up ourselves. They had great service and did a great job preparing a beautiful spray.
