Continue south on Main Street past the courthouse until you go underneath route 30 (approximately mile past the courthouse). Go to the second red light after going underneath route 30. At this second red light turn right. The office is the second building on the left (Kreinbrook Psychological Services).

The customer service is lacking at this place at the front desk. The phones are not a priority for the employees when trying to call in. Dr Somen and David Keys are wonderful. I have been going here for almost a year and they have treated me great. The desk on the other hand is like I am inconveniencing them when I call or come to them.

Dr. Fruman is supposed to be a child psychiatrist??What kind of doctor doesn't even know your last name when you have an appointment, not to mention completely ignoring our daughter (who was in fact the patient..) Worst "doctor" of any kind I've ever met. Rude, nasty, argumentative old man. Please don't expose your children to this guy.

I've been going here since 2015. My therapist is very kind and always on time. She has helped me through a lot. Although when things were bad for me, they only took me twice a month. That's fine now, but it was a struggle then, I needed at least once a week.
Their staff is always polite and professional. I can trust them. For psychiatrist appointments, the wait time can be anywhere from 10-30 minutes. If it's under 10, you're lucky. Still, I am tremendously better because of what this place has given me.

I have been to Kreinbrook about 4 times and every time have dealt with a fairly long wait (usually more than 15 minutes) and a rude staff, down to a snide remark from one of the doctors. Along with that, they never answer the phone! Almost every single time I've called Ive had to leave a message and wait for my call to be returned (often times, many hours later). I will not be returning and hope that others don't waste their time on this place.

My son has worked with two of the professionals at Kreinbrook Psychological Services. The support they have given him has been of a high quality and have given him a great deal of help. That is the positive. On the other hand, the office staff is horrendous! I have never encountered clerical staff who demonstrate something between indifference and disdain. There have been several occasions when waiting for service at the counter, the receptionist would not deal with me until she either finished texting or looking something up on her cell phone.
