I'm guessing that you may have already stopped at the self-help section at Barnes and Noble. You would really like to be able to fix your marriage without having to go see a counselor. Both of you acknowledge that something is wrong, and you worked on it. And maybe it got better for a few weeks. But now you feel like you are right back there again.

"no cancellation policy" seems to include an accident through the squirrel hill tunnels that leaves it's clients stuck when real life and not mental health related issues keeping people from managing their mental health needs.
Sad that a clinic would money grub to the extent of not letting go when even an act fully outside of even a mentally healthy person's capabilities would prevent an appointment.
